Michael James: that's it exactly! By the way, completely unconnected, but I noticed that as of today or yesterday, it says "Full Member" under my name instead of "Junior Member" or something like that. How is that determined? Duration of membership, or number of posts? It means you drank all your Ovaltine.

I saw the Lazenby movie and I thought the supporting cast, music and plot was good. Too bad there was no Connery.

George Lazenby is an underrated James Bond! ...there I said it. The Lazenby sequel to On Her Majesty’s Secret Service would have been awesome. Instead we got Diamonds Are Forever.

According to Box Office Mojohttp://www.boxofficemojo.com/franchises/chart/?id=jamesbond.htm, The Lazenby movie was 21 out of 25 Bond movies in grossing revenues. There was a reason they didn't bring him back.

I forget where I read it but heard Lazenby called the producer an a-hole and they never worked together again.

I don't doubt it but that was his most high profile gig ever.

There was a documentary on Lazenby recently, Becoming Bond. The guy is a riot! Not my favourite Bond, but I liked him as much as Pierce Brosnan (who was always Remington Steele to me, no matter how many gadgets Q gave him).

I did not know that David Niven had played Bond back in 1967.

Timothy Dalton was under rated as a Bond. He was the closest to Fleming's Bond and definitely my favorite, even if the movies he occupied weren't. Cei-U! I summon the reasonable facsimile!
