I'm no expert on LSH, but Dream Girl comes to mind as someone considered highly attractive by her peers.

Two from Love and Rockets come to mind as prime examples of this kind of character, one from Jaim and one from Gilbert Hernandez: Penny Century and Maria, respectively. Each character's physical attractiveness is a major component of their personas, has a striking effect on the other characters, and often drives the stories or sub-plots in which they appear.
In Marvel's and DC's respective superhero-universes, I find it hard to say. Physical attractivenss is so common in the various characters that it's pretty much a given and tends not to be commented on all that often by the other characters unless the writer wants to make a joke or something.

The Neal Adams' Black Canary from his GL/GA run was particularly beautiful.

Allison Blair/Dazzler from the early '80's series. Though I'm not a huge fan of Frank Springer's art, she was quite...sexy & busty

I was always interested by this scene in the second Superman/Spider-man team up book. Peter Parker is temporarily working for the Daily Planet and when he meets the staff, he is blown away with how beautiful Lana Lang is. And he strikes out when he asks her out on a date.

Yeah, reading Superman stories from the 1970s, I always had the impression that Lois and Lana were sort of like his Betty and Veronica respectively in that regard, i.e., Lana was more the obvious beauty who turned men's heads.

Black CanaryThe one on the bottom that I used that picture for my Black Canary picture in my current avatar -- that's my favorite headshot of her.

An artist can also have a completely new take on a character and make her attractive to a whole new audience. Here, X-23 Laura Kinney looks a bit like me when I'm pissed so my dealer got me this 1:100 cover of #1 (new series) as a freebie.
But it happens quite often now when variant covers are done by artists who use 'realistic' renderings for a character. It's just my luck I adore the Punisher because even if I didn't, Tim Bradstreet made him look awesome to get them all (and I have everything Punisher post 2000)
You, like a number of others, have misunderstood the purpose of this thread. It's not asking what artist you like or which artist draws attractive characters. It's asking which characters are considered attractive within their fictional universes. As I think Rob Allen said a page or two back, think less about artists and how a character is drawn, and think more about who the other characters regard as attractive.

Oh. In that case, Herbie Popnecker, who's irresistible to all women. Great example!

For the male side, you could add just about any male drawn by P Craig Russell; but, especially Killraven.. Oh yes! My first male comic book crush. My first female was Big Barda but currently I am quite enamoured of Kris de Valnor from the Thorgal books

I had a thing for the golden age Flash for some reason, depending on the artist he could look very distinguished, liked that silver streaking on the sides of his hair.
