but lost series to both the Jays and the Rays during that uptick, so they're still not playing well enough to beat the teams they will face in the postseason. -M Small correction- they just beat the TB Rays in their last meeting, taking 2 out of 3 and effectively killed the Rays hope of overtaking the Yanks. All the Yanks now need to do is play a bit better than .500 while the American League East Teams battle it out amongst themselves with no team dominating over the others As for Judge, it's this year that counts, whatever happens during the off season remains to be seen. Obviously The Yanks will give him an even better offer than the last and we'll see what happens

Nah, just swept by a better team. Plain and simple It was still a matchup between the two worst teams in the AL East the last 3 months. The Yanks are a one man band right now, if Judge gets hurt in the last few weeks the Yanks will be lucky to win a game in the postseason. They are going only as far as he can carry them, and form the way he has been talking the past few weeks, there's a good chance this is his last ride with the Yankees, so savor every moment of it. With all that said, yes the Sox are still worse than the Yanks and have their own pending free agent drama, but right now the Yanks only look good in comparison to the Sox, not in comparison with anyone else in the AL East (or the other contenders in MLB). -M In case you haven't noticed, the Yanks seem to have turned things around, winning 8 of their last 10, sweeping the Mets, taking 2 of 3 against the TB Rays. They're pretty much a solid lock now for the division title and will be getting back many key players from the injured list in the next few days-Rizzo,Severino,Chapman,Effross and LeMahieu. I'm just hoping that 2 or 3 of them are effective upon their return

How about The Beatles first album- But only the bass guitar and drums *A-hem* Make that second album. Pretty interesting though. Oops. I grew up with that picture as the American first Beatle Album. I Should Have Known Better.

Here's a real interesting video that appeared a few days back. Some Beatles fans were fascinated by the abandoned song Watching Rainbows and combed thru all the footage from the Let It Be sessions to incorporate other abandoned pieces to make it a finished song. What they came up with towards the end was real nice

The Beatles' Deluxe Revolver track listing has been revealed. No abandoned songs or songs finished for future albums are included. Confessor It's hard to read all the track names you posted on the bootleg version. Did any appear there?

I have to agree with M.W. Willie Rosario began recording in 1963, just when those Ajax commercials were playing non-stop on TV. It's a subject listeners would be more familiar with instead of an old back-up feature in a DC book. Alas
Speaking of, as many might know, listen to The Doors song Touch Me, and in the last seconds they end the song with "Stronger Than Dirt"
