Oh, looks like a homage to soul Diva Millie Jackson's infamous album sleeve:  It's actually a rip on this Jenny McCarthy Candies ad...  yes, but the Candie's ad was a rip of the infamous Millie Jackson cover (the positioning of the panties is the give away). and as Pip mentions, despite the infamous album art, there are some great songs on that album! (yes, despite there being a track named "muffle that fart" on the album as well) and this Billy Ocean written number: |
