IcctromboneThe Flame carries a small pocket-size (see holster similar to a gun) flamethrower to activate his power to ignite and teleport himself anywhere of where fire is at all times. He can raise his body temperature to burst himself to flame and his weakness is water - so he avoid it at all costs. Another version of the Human Torch but quite different. This is the best I can do and I assure you that I'm pretty sure that I'm correct on this one because The Flame is a Golden Age Superhero that very few knows about.
