ESPN shows the Steelers greatest draft ever 40 years ago in 1974 where they selected a bunch of Hall of Fame players. Nice. #15- Ryan Shazier (OLB) : Pittsburgh Steelers They bring up how the Steelers are getting old on defense and need help there. Shazier is all over the field as a player.

The Cowboys are up and now the BIG debate rages. Weeks ago Jerry Jones discussed drafting Manziel to groom for the day when Romo retires. He is coming off 2 back surgeries and is 34. But the Cowboys have massibe needs on defense. But Manziel can sell tickets. #16- Zack Martin (OG) : Dallas Cowboys Martin is a pretty solid player and this continues to fix the biggest issue the Cowboys had before last season. Good OL play. They joke that they aren't replacing Romo , they are getting guys to help him !

They are showing how far Aaron Rodgers dropped to #25 in the NFL Draft years ago and how far Geno Smith dropped last season into the 2nd rd. Baltimore Ravens are on the board at #17. #17- C.J Mosley (ILB) : Baltimore Ravens Ray Lewis promotes this as a great pick. He's a solid read/react guy. He can play and knows what happens. A big issue is his size. He needs to gain some weight and is 215 right now. Another Alabama player for Ozzie Newsome who loves drafting Alabama players.

The New York Jets are on the clock. The big discussion is....could Kansas City draft Johnny Manziel ? Its already came across the NFL Draft as the discussion is hitting. Even if they have Alex Smith , getting Manziel could be a major WHAT IF ? #18- Calvin Pryor (Safety) : New York Jets Has great range and skills. Can take you out of a game and adds to that already solid secondary. Kiper claims he plays faster than he times really. Will hit and hurt you.

The Miami Dolphins are up on the clock at #19. There is Manziel and Cooks on the board still. Miami needs OL help as Gruden brings up. He believes they may go guard and upgrade that line. #19- Ja'Wuan James (OT) : Miami Dolphins James has the size and experience to start at RT for the Dolphins. He will slot right in . This was a pick that Lewis said the game needs won in the trenches due to the fact Tannehill was on his back a lot last season.

The New Orleans Saints have traded up into the 20th pick with Arizona . Gruden believes the team is gonna draft a safety. #20- Brandin Cooks : New Orleans Saints Brandin Cooks is bragged up as a cross between DeShawn Jackson and Tavon Austin. Has great play making ability. Gruden feels he's really gonna make a huge impact there.

The Chiefs really wanted Cooks from rumors to be that big time WR they needed. Now the Green Bay Packers are on the board at #21. #21- Ha Ha Clinton-Dix : Green Bay Packers Suffered a controversial suspension but comes from a defense that asked a lot for a safety. Its a solid pick as Gruden himself loves the name HA HA Clinton-Dix. His grandma as Berman claims gave him the name.

The Philadelphia Eagles are up on the clock. The Eagles have a QB in Nick Foles as we see with 27 TDs and 3 Ints last year. Gruden claims Reid has to be thinking Manziel at the next spot as well. Even with Alex Smith there. And the Browns have traded back in to get Manziel likely ! They were that scared that KC was possibly gonna draft him. #22- Johnny Manziel (QB) : Cleveland Browns And the fans go APE SHIT INSANE. The Browns fans are insane happy to get Football Johnny. The owner wanted to energize the fanbase and Manziel will be worked in slowly.

The last time Cleveland jumped ahead of Kansas City for a QB they thought the Chiefs would possibly get was....Brady Quinn. They obviously felt KC would seriously draft Manziel. The Chiefs need WR help badly. #23- Dee Ford (DE) : Kansas City Chiefs Ford is considered the fastest DE in the draft. The Chiefs want a group of pass rushers to attack constantly with Houston and Hali. So hence this draft pick.

Well its basically the fact if you saw that Colts game....KC had like 20 injuries due to THE CURSE. Eh, all teams face injuries, good teams have the depth to still win when injuries occur. If the GM can't build a roster with depth and have the ability to fill holes as the occur during the season, the team isn't good enough to win. Curses are created by fans of team who can't go all the way. I'm a lifelong Red Son fan, and I never accepted The Curse as a reason for not going the distance. If the team was good enough, they would have won anyways. -M The Chiefs playoff curse is one they have had for like 20+ years of playoff time. Its kinda hard to proclaim that KC lost due to not enough depth and all when the team loses its 1st string RB , then the backup the next quarter. Then the team lost 2 starting WR's and the losses on defense during the game. Given all that even the Cowboys with Emmitt Smith and the cast from the 1990's wouldn't have been able to rebound from it. Imagine losing Smith , Irvin , Harper , the backup RB , and some defensive players....no way could they have won. In all KC lost the game because of the injuries were too much to come back from. Hell the next week the Colts lost to Brady because the Patriots didn't lose like 4-7 starters in a game.

Eagles pick of DE Marcus Smith from Louisville was an interesting choice. Everyone figured Kelly would go with an even more quicker offense by going offense but I liked that Smith will seal up some of the defensive side holes.
