Los Angeles, California, 5 years further into a possible future…
Screams could be heard all through the populous city. Dust covered the majority of it. It seemed an Earthquake had just hit, but it was much worse than that. The ground was all rock, beneath yellow heels, as the villain known as Chronos walked through the destruction he had a part in causing. A grin on his face, and seen through his mask. “Look around my friends, Los Angeles is ours!” Chronos gloated to several people following him. Once, he was a laughingstock, beaten by a man six inches tall, and then a powerless man with a fondness for bugs. Chronos was never a lucky man, he could travel to any time he wanted, escaping his own death no matter what, but winning a battle was never something he could have. Today changed everything.
No longer would Chronos be a laughingstock. His Injustice Gang would make sure of that. He had such big plans, and no-one, no-one would stand in his way.

The Metrotower, Los Angeles, California, some 20 minutes ago…
The main room of Metrotower was alive with noise, as the Titans West relaxed. Normally, the team didn’t spend much time sitting around. After all, they did have lives to lead, but Kid Comet thought it was a good idea for the team to become more comfortable with each other. Of course, the team felt like they had to oblige. Wonder Warrior, perhaps the most mysterious of the group, and perhaps the most powerful stood silently, leaning against the wall.
“So, Palomé,” Started a nervous Bee-Sting, who hadn’t talked to her teammate since they first formed the group, “What do you go by when you’re not in costume?” She asked, smiling softly.
“My name is Lukas, if that’s what you’re asking.” Palomé softly insured. He could only smirk as his mouth opened to speak again, “What’s your name?”
Before Bee-Sting even had a chance to answer, the Metrotower’s alarms blazed in the background. Running towards it at an incredible speed was Wonder Warrior. He moved towards a computer console that looked impressive, and turned it on.
An image appeared, of a police commissioner, she had black, graying hair and a look of defeat on her face. “Titans, I’m glad you’re home. A top security prison, uh, “Super Max” has had three break-outs, one was the Superboy clone, “Match”. Another was a murderer, killed close to ten people, named Alvin Driscoe, and a woman code-named Killer Frost, no known name, or identification. These three have been spotted entering L.A., with a man you may have heard of, David Clinton, code-named Chronos. I was hoping you heroes could round them up for us, before they cause some trouble.”
“Of course, commissioner, we’ll be there as soon as possible. Just do us a favor, get everyone in a ten block radius out of there. We don’t know how much trouble we’ll be facing.” Wonder Warrior said, his voice commanding respect, he was the reason the LAPD even had a relationship with the Titans. Wonder Warrior turned off the screen, keeping the Metrotower’s trouble alert on. “Titans, to the hangar, we’ve got to get to downtown L.A., right now!” Wonder Warrior commanded, running down a hallway. He was swiftly followed by the remainder of the team.
The Titans quickly entered the hangar, filled with only one air-craft, one that the Arachnid found after being thrown through an old Kord Industries warehouse. The Titans were somewhat proud to own one of the second Blue Beetle’s famous Bugs, mainly because it gave them transport. They quickly boarded the craft, and sat in their usual seats, Bee-Sting piloting the Bug, with Kid Comet ready to take over for her if needed, Wonder Warrior behind them, sitting next to Palomé, and the Arachnid manning the Bug’s computer. The aircraft quickly exited the Metrotower hangar, and soared through L.A.’s skies.
Kid Comet looked out of the Bug’s “eye-piece”, as if searching the skies for a sign, as the Bug rocketed to downtown L.A. Unfortunately for him, he saw a sign, a chalk-white, tall male floating in the sky, he looked like Bizarro, from the files, but younger, if only slightly. The costume was wrong it was a wetsuit, mainly black, with red coming down the creature’s sides, and a backwards “S”, with black where the yellow should be. “Hey, Wonder Warrior, who’s this…?” Kid Comet started to say, before a black and red blur hit the Bug, forcing it to dive to the ground below. The aircraft plummeted out of the sky, despite Bee-Sting’s efforts to force the ship up.
“Comet, Palomé, get out there and get this ship stable!” Wonder Warrior commanded, surprisingly calmly, he stood out of his seat, “Bee-Sting, Arachnid, I want you two to do everything you can to land this ship carefully, I’ll stop our little friend out there.” Wonder Warrior continued, as the only exit opened, Palomé and Kid Comet were the first to exit, flying towards the front of the Bug, keeping under it, and placing themselves there, pushing against the Bug. Wonder Warrior moved around it, and stood on its top. Glaring at Match, Wonder Warrior smirked, “I take it you’re Match. I’m going to ask nicely, get away from the ship, before I put you through a wall.”
“No. Match want to keep playing. Match want to fight pu-ny Titans!” Match said. He’d matured, slightly, over the years, he had to, just to survive, he had to learn to stop speaking backwards. The creature let go of the ship he was forcing down and raced into Wonder Warrior.

The Bug landed safely, thanks to Kid Comet and Palomé, the two heroes flew into battle, searching for Chronos and his flunkies. Kid Comet flew over building, and saw destruction everywhere. It was the last thing he expected to see, and the one thing he didn’t want to look at. Comet softly glided down to the destruction he saw. Landing on the ground, he felt it rumble, turning quickly, he saw a train force itself out of the ground, and run into him. Comet pushed it with all his might, but couldn’t stop the train. He turned to see what he might be running into, and saw a large building, he only hoped the LAPD listened to Wonder Warrior, and evacuated the ten blocks, before hitting the building, and feeling himself land on cold tiles.
“Did you see that? That was something!” A man in blue and purple armor exclaimed, a grin on his face, visible only through a blue faceplate connected to his helmet, the man looked at Chronos. “When you busted me out of the Max, I didn’t think you’d give me powers!”
“I didn’t, Driscoe, I fulfilled a bit of history, the future’s records state you will be Doctor Polaris, that suit you wear, I stole it from a history museum, only because I needed the power you could provide.” Chronos coldly said looking at the stunt Dr. Polaris just pulled. His masked face showed annoyance, but it would be worth it, or at least Chronos thought.

Inside the Bug…
“Hurry up Arachnid! The team needs us!” Yelled Bee-Sting as she watched her teammate grab a pair of silver, metallic guns, normally, the Arachnid didn’t carry these weapons, but he saw no harm, as they only stunned an opponent.
“Okay, Bee, I’m ready. Let’s kick some unjust butt.” The Arachnid arrogantly said, exiting the Bug easily, followed by a flying Bee-Sting. The Arachnid ran towards the trouble, while Bee-Sting took to the air, and was already nearly face to face with their enemies.
The Arachnid swiftly came near the group of villains and heard Chronos gloat, “Look around my friends, Los Angeles is ours!”
The Arachnid’s black gloves hit the triggers on his stun-guns, aiming for Chronos. “Kaji Dha, suckers!” The arrogant hero yelled at the top of his voice. Jumping towards Chronos, and landing on him.
Palomé swooped down towards the small grouping, seeing a man in red and black armor, with gold ear-pieces, the man had black hair, and a fairly large nose, as well as what looked two small electric, red, razors attached to his gloves. The man aimed his “razors” at Palomé, and fired, and all that could be heard was a loud SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEE, the sound knocked Palomé to his feet, and continued, his ears ringing, the green cloaked hero crawled away from the sound, as best he could. Trying to think, trying to think of anything to stop the constant ringing in his head.
Bee-Sting encountered a sky-blue skinned woman, in a navy one-piece swimsuit, with large blue gauntlet-style gloves, and large blue boots that covered most of her legs, the woman had large, blue eyes, and long blue hair, she coldly stared at Bee-Sting, before flinging sharp icicles at the other woman. Killer Frost tried to live up to her namesake, and tried to make sure everyone knew she was really a killer. Bee-Sting dodged the icicles, flying away from them, and using her stingers to strike back. Short, but powerful electric bursts kept Killer Frost less than concentrated, but didn’t give the desired effect, unconsciousness.
In the skies, Match floated, having just punched Wonder Warrior through a building, or a set of buildings, not that Match knew, The crystalline creature streaked down, through a few buildings, and landed, making a crater next to Wonder Warrior, who was bruised, and very dusty.
Wonder Warrior stood up, and looked at Match. “Alright, you Bizarro wannabe, you may have gotten the first forty punches, but right now, it’s my turn!” Wonder Warrior yelled a red fist zoomed towards Match and hit him fair in the jaw, forcing the creature through a building. Wonder Warrior watched as Match went through the building, and considered collapsing, but he’d save that for later. He touched a small communicator in his ear, and frowned, “Titans, we need to end this before we tear down this city. Pick a villain, and take them down. We can’t waste any more time. Wonder Warrior out.” He commanded, before flying after Match, almost wishing he didn’t decide to play the hero.

In one of L.A.’s greatest buildings, Kid Comet woke up, after having a train ram into him, and then a building, before he got to land, hard, onto a nice tile floor he wasn’t in the best of moods. Comet looked the train that hit him, and madly hit it back. Opening a hole in its front, he smirked as he saw no-one was in it, no-one else got hurt. Entering the train, Comet hit every door he could find until he found an exit. He reached the last cart, and kicked down the metal door that held him away from the idiot who pushed a train in front of him. That idiot was about to pay. Kid Comet saw someone is a purple and blue suit of armor he almost looked like the old Green Lantern villain, Doctor Polaris. Comet smirked, that was the man he was after.
Comet flew towards Doctor Polaris. “Hey, Doc, I’ve got a little present for you.” Comet said, tapping onto Polaris’ shoulder. The villain turned, and found a fist flying through his faceplate, and onto his noise, Comet heard a crack, and as he watched Polaris fall to the ground, noticed he broke the man’s nose. Comet looked around, and saw Match come through a building, and bounce off the ground a few times, until the creature landed. In a moment, he saw Wonder Warrior land near him.
“Hey, Kid Comet!” Warrior yelled, “Want to lend a hand?”
Comet rushed to Wonder Warrior’s side, ready to keep on hitting something. “Why not Wondy? After all, you could use my help.”
“Now’s not the time to try out new nick-names.” Warrior said, rolling his eyes, before Match stood up. Truth be told, the only reason Wonder Warrior even called for help was because he knew Match was too powerful for him to beat.
“Match crush you Red Man!” Match roared, his eyes turning red.
Comet pushed Wonder Warrior aside, and let the burst of heat vision come at him. Comet pushed it aside with a telekinetic burst, and smirked.
“Nice try, but it didn’t work.” Comet laughed, before a chalk-white fist hit him, hard.
“Comet, don’t mock the super-villain!” Wonder Warrior called out. He threw his red fists at Match, and managed to knock the villain down again, but he knew, sooner or later, he would collapse from exhaustion. He couldn’t keep it up, he only hoped that Comet would be more helpful.
Meanwhile, Palomé and Bee-Sting swapped opponents, Bee-Sting flew towards Sonar, and looked at his sound producers, she smirked, all-knowingly and aimed her stingers at them.
“Hey, what are ya doin’ babe? Leave me be and powder yer nose.” Sonar laughed.
Bee-Sting looked at him disgusted, and fired her electric stings, destroying his weaponry. “Just for that, pal, I’m going to break yours!” Bee-Sting threatened, kicking Sonar fair in the jaw, before kicking him again, and again, and again.
“Bee-Sting, please, stop, he’s beaten. You can leave him now.” Palomé said standing over an unconscious Killer Frost.
“How’d you knock her out?” Bee-Sting asked, quickly changing the subject, and letting Sonar run away from her.
“I entered her mind, and asked her to sleep whcih she did.” Palomé answered quietly. “All I needed to do was focus otherwise I would’ve done the same to Sonar.”
“I wonder how the others are doing.” Bee-Sting said, looking around.
The Arachnid had his own problems, Chronos had summoned a raptor to take care of him, the raptor had so far out-witted the hero by destroying his stun-guns, and bit the bug-themed hero. “Okay jaws it’s night-night time!” The Arachnid said proudly, hitting the raptor with his fist, knocking the extinct creature to the floor, and knocking it out as well. “Okay, I should’ve punched you earlier. Memo to self: Don’t shoot raptors, punch them, so long as you have super-strength.” The Arachnid said to himself, stepping over the reptile, and running towards Chronos. He reached the yellow-caped madman and hit him, knocking him out. “And the crowd cheers! Arach-nid! Arach-nid! Arach-nid! The mayor’s going to give the handsome hero the key to the city, the Queen o’ England wants to knight him! This is the start of something big!”
“Are you done?” Bee-Sting asked as she flew up to the Arachnid.
“Hm. Yeah, I think I am. Should I have mentioned something else?” The Arachnid asked, scratching his jaw.
“The President honoring you with a day.” Bee-Sting sarcastically answered.
“Oh yeah, I completely forgot about him!”
***
And just a little bit away from the rest of the team, Wonder Warrior and Kid Comet punched Match at the same time, with all their strength. The creature started to stagger, The two heroes smirked at each other.
“Alright, Comet, I’ll hit him high, you hit him low. On three: one. Two. Three!” Wonder Warrior commanded. He flew into Match’s face, knocking the creature back, while Kid Comet hit his legs, knocking the creature forward. Match finally fell, unable to stand up. The two smiled and shook hands, “Good job Comet, I couldn’t have done it without you.” Warrior said, flying towards the rest of the team. Comet followed him. They landed with their friends, and looking around.
“So, the, uh, enemies have been taken down," asked Wonder Warrior.
“They're called the Injustice Gang.” Kid Comet tapping his forehead indicating he had read Chronos' mind.
“Right, well Titans, we beat the “Injustice Gang”, I think we can head home.” Wonder Warrior smirked. He turned, and started to walk, before a large, multi-colored hole opened beneath the group, sending them tumbling through the time-stream. Towards five years ago. They were all pushed into a strange place, and saw a few people. Wonder Warrior was the first to stand. Hearing a voice, asking, “Who are you guys?”
Wonder Warrior listened to his team complain about the horrible feeling in their stomachs and such, and a bad joke cracked by someone.
“Who are we?” Wonder Warrior countered, looking at the strange man in the yellow Bat-cape, “We’re the Titans West! Who the heck are you?” Wonder Warrior asked, pointing at the man known as Nightvision.
Things just got interesting…
