Titan Books look like a good deal. I think I'll have to pick them up.

I have the Titan books too, or the first three, at least, and agree they look great. I haven't seen the IDW ones so can't compare. Jungle Jim wasn't that interesting to me, certainly not enought to justify the higher price. I didn't bother with the fourth either, since Alex Raymond wasn't involved. Austin Briggs is decent enough, but he is no Alex Raymond. Also thanks to MDG for pointing out that Marvel mini by Williamson.

You can put me down for the Alex Raymond series as well. The recent Jeff Parker/ Doc Shaner series from Dynamite is also one I really liked. Agreed on both of them. I was very impressed with the current Dynamite series. And something in the Flash vein, give Starlight a shot. I detest Mark Millar's writing but this was a lot of fun. Think Flash Gordon meets Gran Torino. An aging Flash Gordon-like character goes back to what made him famous all those years ago. Goran Parlov drew it so it's got a clean lined look to it.

I also recommend Starlight. For me, Mark Millar has really been on a roll lately.
