Anyone into Gold Key comics? I have a TON* I would trade. Most are not in good condition though.

Maybe the better way to do this is to post your want list. I don't really have a want list. I usually always find something I'm interested in in people's list. The tough thing is to find someone who wants Gold Key comics. If nobody here likes them, I'll simply sell them locally and buy comics I want with the money. I just thought I'd check here first |

Having just watched the episode of Robert Kirkman's Secret History of Comics on Milestone Media, I am wanting to delve into some of these titles. Anyone have issues of the Milestone books (Icon, Shadow Cabinet, Blood Syndicate, Hardware, Static, etc.) that they want to unload? Trades or individual issues, doesn't matter. I have a limited amount of stuff for trade, but can work something out.

You won't be sorry.
The Milestone line was ahead of its time.
After they didn't sell to the practically 100 % Caucasian crowd at my then-current LCS, they put them on sale, which is when I tried them.
They looked interesting, but I mistakenly thought DC was just trying to be overly PC and wrote them off without giving them a chance.
Really good stuff.
Fresh, and I'm looking forward to seeing what the latest Milestone imprint will give us as well.
Looking forward to re-reading this when I get my collection all put together again.

My 2018 convention season starts in 2 weeks (the 25th) so I can certainly keep an eye out for things for folks as long as they are willing to cover shipping (especially international as US postal rates for international shipping are prohibitively expensive these days). As for things I am on the look out for... Conan the Savage #10...  Conan: Death Covered in Gold #1, 2, and 3..  Conan River of Blood 1, 2, 3  The Chronicles of Corum #12  Druillet's Elric adaptation (preferably in English translation but I can deal with the French if necessary)...  DNAgents 24  Frazetta's Death Dealer (2007 Image series) #5 and 6..  Frank Frazetta Illustrated (magazine) 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 (Frazetta covers only, not variants by Linser, Portacio or others)  Space Ghost one shot (1987, Comico, Rude art)  Tarzan 247 (last of the DC issues I need)  but as I said con season starts in 2 weeks so I might start picking these off if I find them... -M |
