sheesh. . ok, so the Justice Department says 22 of Hillary's emails are now considered Classified -- but are perfectly CLEAR that they were *not* classified at the time she had them on her server.
and yet the Republican nuts (that are my friends at least), don't seam to understand what "Retroactively Classified" means.
they are screaming for Hillary's head, and want her in jail, and say it "proves" she has poor judgement, if she had them and didn't KNOW the materiel should have been Classified.

I still think it's weird that people are acting like Trump is some kind of anomaly in the GOP. I don't think he's particularly bad for a Republican. Many Republicans are scared more by Cruz than Trump, whom they think at least has experience working with others. That may be a feeble hope, however; given how much of a landslide Trump seems to riding toward the nomination, his megalomania may rise to such a fever pitch that he will listen to no one. Not sure if a Cruz nomination with Trump splitting off or a Trump nomination will mean a better chance for the Democrtas to win. And which of those scenarios might make for a better chance for the Dems to pick up seats in the House and Senate. My God, can you imagine if Cruz, Trump, or one of those other galumphing ignoramuses gets to choose the next three or four Supreme Court justices? For that reason alone, anyone with a modicum of sense has to vote Democratic.

I've never voted for a Democrat for president (voted Republican early on, then Independent candidates more recently), but if Trump is the Republican candidate, I'll have no choice. I cannot think of any person less-qualified or more dangerous to be president than him. I cam't believe I'm saying this, but Cruz may be an even greater threat than the short-fingered vulgarian.

Going to be very close for the Iowa caucuses. Wish I was there to stump for Bernie.

I still think it's weird that people are acting like Trump is some kind of anomaly in the GOP. I don't think he's particularly bad for a Republican. Well, he's an anomaly in that he's managed to galvanize the base to reject the policies of the top members of the party and finally, at long last, to stop voting against their own interests. Voting for Trump will still be voting against their interests, just in a slightly different way.

Going to be very close for the Iowa caucuses. Wish I was there to stump for Bernie. Yep. Closer than I had imagined it would be. Not a clear win that I was hoping for, or a brutal defeat that I feared might happen. Still no clear winner.

Unlike hysterical fears about things like Ebola or a global caliphate, I think income inequality is real problem that is getting progressively worse. My problem with Hillary Clinton is that I don't believe she really thinks it's a big problem. She takes the Reagan Lite tack of letting faulty conventional wisdom on the economic crystalize. I want a Democratic nominee who responds to claims that Obama is attacking the rich by saying, "WTF! Taxes on the rich under Obama are way lower than they were under Eisenhower."
We live in an era in which the rich are kicking the stuffing out of everyone else. I can't believe Republican candidates can claim otherwise with a straight face.

MSNBC is saying it's 50/50.
I figured Rubio would come in 3rd.
This will go all the way to the Philadelphia.

I'm not a fan of Cruz (or Rubio, or Carson, or...), but I'm grateful to not have to listen to Trump bragging about a victory in Iowa. I wish him continued defeats.

How about that Cruz victory sermon - er- speech? And that was just for taking Iowa, which the others had basically conceded to him last year.
My God, if the man ever wins the nomination, you'll have to bring an MRE and a cot.

My God, if the man ever wins the nomination, you'll have to bring an MRE and a cot. Sadly, reality doesn't have a "mute" button. Thankfully my TV does. And a channel guide to find something (anything) else.
