"House style" is generally considered a negative phrase these days, but there were definitely ones that worked well. Heck, Tower built its entire superhero universe on the look of Wally Wood.
So the question -- if Marvel, DC, or any other company were to adopt a clear drawing style across all of their titles, which classic artist's style would you want them to use?
Personally, I don't think I can ever get enough of George Perez's faces.

Love Perez's work but I prefer a cleaner look so Steve Rude or Jerry Ordway. Maybe Garcia-Lopez.
Cei-U! I summon the incredible draftsmen!

You know it's a bad concussion day when you re-read your own words, posted only 13 minutes ago, and think they say:

Put me in the "no house style" camp.

I generally like it when each book has its own flavor but if there had to be a house style I'd want it to be interesting like Mike Mignola's look, or Darwyn Cook or Chris Samnee.

Tom Grummett for me His style is crisp and clean, which is generally what I prefer in superhero comics.

I agree with addled Shaxper... George Perez all the way. I would mind Mark Bagley, either, as long as the other artists could draw more than 1 female face

I wouldn't. If you are going to argue for creator rights and comics as art and then put forward a product that is commercial and interchangeable despite who draws it, it's a hypocritical proposition. As much as I like George Perez, I don't want to see another artist trying to do a Perez pastiche for the artwork (or a Kirby pastiche, or a Kubert pastiche, or a Garcia-Lopez pastiche, etc.). Some artists may be influenced more and imitate another's work at various points in their development as artists, but that's part of the growth process and finding their artistic identity. Being forced to do so, is another matter altogether. If you are going to have a house style, you might as well do art for each issue by committee and not credit the work, because even if one artist is doing it, it's not an expression of themselves or their creativity, it is them consciously swiping another's style to meet the commercial desires of the client. I don't want generic product churned out to meet a predetermined style standard. I want creators exploring storytelling to the best of their ability and inspiration.
House styles enable people like Bob Kane to put their name on other's work and get away with it. And that's not something I want comic companies to strive for or aspire to.

I hate house styles, but if I had to choose one I think Bill Sienkiewicz is the only one I could think of that could possibly work in everything from horror to humor to super hero to slice of life drama without boring me to death.

Despite him being a huge dick, I'd say John Byrne, though Perez would probably be a second pick with Darwyn Cooke as third.

I wouldn't mind a loose house-style similar to how Buscema had somewhat similar layouts to Kirby but was clearly his own artist. The four that come to mind first are John Byrne, Jose Luis Garcia Lopez, Neal Adams and John Buscema. Those four artists always seemed to be able to draw anything super-hero related and make it look heroic, epic, grandiose, etc. When they were at their peeks, I'd look at their figures and think, "Yep. This is how *insert character here* should always look."
I think what I have a bigger issue with nowadays is artists not staying on model. How does the Thing go from being 6' for 40 years and all of a sudden he's as big as Byrne's Sasquatch? It's absurd and lazy. I'm all for experimentation and no-rules with creator owned stuff, just not so much with well established characters. If you want the Thing to be 8' tall, at least make it a story point.
