Green Lantern = Sinestro
Flash = Gorilla Grodd
Green Arrow = Count Vertigo

Superman - 1940s Lex Luthor
Batman - The Joker
Wonder Woman - The Cheetah, the Cheetah, the Cheetah! (Any version. My favorite is Priscilla Rich but I also love Debby Domaine because she is HI-LARIOUS!)
Green Lantern - Sinestro
Flash - Just pick one at random. I always loved the Flash rogues a lot more than the Flash. Notably in The Secret Society of Super-Villains and The Suicide Squad.
Green Arrow - Uh ... Count Vertigo?
Black Canary - Catwoman. I guess.
Hawkman - Flying apes? The Man-Hawks? His own continuity?
Hawkwoman - Shadow thieves? Renegade Thanagarites? Hawkman's continuity?
Atom - Vacuum Cleaner (Just kidding! I actually like Chronos.)
Captain Marvel/Shazam - Mr. Mind
Firestorm - I guess Killer Frost because I liked her in the Secret Society of Super-Villains. Other than that, I can't remember the names of his villains. Buffalo Guy. Blow-Things-Up Gal. Whatever.

I can't say for most of them, but in general I like the Injustice League against the JLA. One of the problems I have with the DC heroes, especially the more popular ones like Batman and Superman an, at least in her own book, Wonder Woman, is that they're built up to be so unbeatable the stories lack tension. The Injustice League tends to be written as more formidable opponents than most, from what I've seen - mainly I think because writers don't want to make the evil counterparts of the JLA look too lame for fear it would reflect badly on those DC icons.

Hawkman - His own continuity? Hawkwoman - Hawkman's continuity? I'm thinking that continuity is the Hawks' worst enemy. The same goes for Donna Troy and Power Girl as well.  |

Firestorm has always had some great villains (so good, other characters sometimes steal them). Black Bison (buffalo guy) is one of the few who got played for a joke. . but other Firestorm villains: Slipknot (who has dead meat written all over him in the new Suicide Squad movie) Mindboggler (who was dead meat in the first Suicide Squad storyline way back when) Multiplex (co-opted as a Flash Villain) Killer Frost (being used on the TV Flash show, but also a "big bad" in the DCU) Plastique (blow things up gal).. she appeared in the TV show, but in the comics got co-opted by Captain Atom and became his frenemy with benefits. Typhoon (not used nearly enough) just off the top of my head. . . but the comic was also responsible for Pozhar, the Rocket Reds, and also Firehawk  |
