Green Arrow in "The Secret Of The Vulnerable Vault"
I think this may be the earliest Green Arrow story I've read as it predates the Jack Kirby TPB I posted about earlier in the thread. The plot is pretty straightforward and I was impressed by some of the artwork.
Summary:
After a state of the art vault is robbed the man who is blamed tries to kill himself by jumping out a window. He's saved by Green Arrow and Speedy who decide to investigate. Staking out the vault overnight they are knocked unconscious by the robbers and left inside the vault to suffocate. Running out of air they finally find a way to escape and apprehend the thieves.
