Does anyone else drink a mug of hot...water? It's like tea or coffee without the tea or coffee, just 0 calories hot water.
I've been doing that for the past 10 years or so, 2-3 times a day. Try it and spare yourself the calories that comes with a soda.
I've kept my adult weight between 125-138 pounds (I'm 5ft 9) with the exception of preggy-time, like right now (2nd trimester). I lost my previous baby weight after getting back into my exercise regime - aerobics, weights, mountain-biking, swimming and karate. Right now, walking and light exercise has to suffice.
Diet helps but so does genes, my mom eats somewhat like Jughead but has remained slim and guys stare at her when she wears jeans.
I'm wondering if my iPhone makes my ass look fat.

But... my herbal teas and unsweetened green and black teas also have zero calories, while being damn tasty at the same time and having additional health benefits.

I enjoy black decaf coffee which similarly has few to no calories nor fat.

Day 14 in reflection:
Successes: Stayed completely on-diet today. In fact, I was still so full from yesterday that, without even trying to, I ended up consuming only around 900 calories today, skipping both my lunch and my pineapple and raw cashew snacks. It was basically just yogurt and supplements for breakfast, frosted mini wheats and baby carrots to snack on while we were at the convention, and my standard chicken with soy sauce and cumin for dinner.
Struggles: I felt some temptations today, but nothing I couldn't handle. First day back on the diet is always rough. Also had significant stomach issues, low energy, and a lot of depression today. All come with the territory of climbing back on that wagon after a day off.
Failures/cheats: Nothing. Suck it, yesterday.
All in all: A++ day for me

Day 15
My starting weight: 265 lbs My ideal weight for my height: 185 lbs My goal: 220 lbs by August (15 lbs per month for three months)
Today's weigh in: 255 lbs (-1 since yesterday; -10 lbs overall)
Looks like it's going to take another day or two for me to get back to where I was before the weekend. Frustrating as that is, there's no denying that, even with these setbacks, I'm still on a clear trajectory. Slow and steady, and all that stuff.
My plan for today:
Breakfast: 1 serving of all-natural vanilla yogurt. Multivitamin and Calcium/Magnesium supplement.
Lunch: My homemade stew (garlic, onion, yellow pepper, spinach, tomato paste, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, ex virgin olive oil).
Throughout the day snack: Half a serving of dry Frosted Mini-Wheats (for iron and fiber)
Dinner: Two chicken breasts marinated in no more than two tablespoons of soy sauce, and with cumin to taste
Other snacks (if needed): raw unsalted cashews, baby carrots, sliced pineapple

Day 6
MY starting weight: 218 lbs My goal: 180 lbs
Today's weigh in:212(-1 from yesterday, -6 overall)
This is what I ate yesterday:
1045am omelette, peppers , onions
3pm 2 pork chops 2 cups of rice
845pm oranges / apples with cinnamon
Review of the day:
Still reeling from the overindulgence of Sat, I dialed it down on Sunday. I did eat to cups of rice at 3pm which is a no-no, but I managed to make that my last heavy meal of the day. I learned when I was in Chile , that the reason they don't have the obesity problem America does is that their last meal of the day is light. I was able to keep my last meal to fruit. So, overall I'm happy with the day. I'm thinking that the 3 pound loss on saturday was partial dehydration. At any rate, this is a new day and I plan to take some pork chops , salad and fruit with me to work. I stand at 6 pounds loss in 5 days. I'm okay with that.

Okay, two weeks down. Had some more trouble with the scale just acting bizarre today after a few days of it seeming normal. But the weight we're going with is 239.4. Starting weight was 243.2, so I am down almost 4 pounds. My goal is 2 pounds a week, which is what I usually lose when I am on the wagon, and it seems to be right on track.
At some point I do want to start incorporating a little more exercise. I am doing more already - walking around the block twice a day instead of once - but some situps, pushups, and maybe curls wouldn't hurt either. We'll see.

Day 15 in reflection:
Successes: Stuck to the diet 100%.
Struggles: What am I going to do when school lets out next week? It is so easy to stay on diet while at work because I'm too busy to think of food, but when I got home tonight, I was tempted to cheat all over the place. Of course, a large part of this was my own dumb fault. I had to take care of dinner tonight and did not have the energy to shop and cook, so I picked up a pizza at our favorite pizza shop because my picky girls will eat every last bit of it. Of course, it happens to be MY faovrite pizza too. The temptation was absurd, but I resisted. I even found myself poking the crust of a half-eaten slice while cleaning up dinner to imagine how soft that crust was. But I didn't give in. Feeling very non-content tonight as a result.
Failures/cheats: Nothing, but man did sticking to diet hurt today.
All in all: A++ day
I better be back down to 253 tomorrow after the hard work I did tonight!

I haven't stopped eating , the good thing is that I'm eating fruit instead of junk food but I'm kinda struggling tonight. Maybe I'll go into the attic and sort some comics.

Day 16
My starting weight: 265 lbs My ideal weight for my height: 185 lbs My goal: 220 lbs by August (15 lbs per month for three months)
Today's weigh in: 252 lbs (-3 since yesterday; -13 lbs overall)
Nice to see yesterday's hard work rewarded so...quickly. With a little more staying the course, I'll soon achieve two big benchmarks: I'll be down 15 lbs, and I'll be in the 240s. Not bad for two and a half weeks of dieting, thus far!
My plan for today:
Breakfast: 1 serving of all-natural vanilla yogurt. Multivitamin and Calcium/Magnesium supplement.
Lunch: My homemade stew (garlic, onion, yellow pepper, spinach, tomato paste, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, ex virgin olive oil).
