All issues appear fixed at this point. If you note something else, please reply here, and I'll see that it's addressed.

I'm just checking in to make sure nobody listed ME as a weird site anomaly. *phew*
I just assumed that the disappearing posts were the mod's acting as Anti-Monitor's in an attempt to instigate our own Classic Comics Crisis event. "Thread's will live, post's will die! Nothing will be the same!"

Riddle me this:
Sometimes I see on the members list tab that Mr X was last on-line one hour ago and his last post was 15 minutes ago
Is this evidence that we have time travellers as members? Can you set up a post with a timer to activate it after signing off? Is this the first bit of evidence that time is now moving backwards?

I've noticed too that the software's means of tracking when a member who just recently logged off was last online is shaky at best. A lot of times, it will show a member online, I'll reload the page, and they were last online 20 minutes ago. If it's really bugging you, I can take it up with proboards, but it's never been more than a minor point of confusion for me.

No don't bother, just curious and wondered if my 3 explanations were the reason Of course, if they were the reasons. you're probably sworn to secrecy

Just curious if this is happening to anyone else, but I have to login to the site every time I come here, whereas before I would stay logged in for ever and ever. I did just delete my cookies and clear my cache (to try to solve a problem I am having with another site), so that may be what is causing it, but that isn't an issue with any of my other sites where I am a regular visitor (like LinkedIn or a couple of other blogs I frequent, none of which are as great as this one).

Your check is in the mail, sir

I did a system restore on my computer to about six weeks ago, before the issue started, to see if that would correct the problem, but due to a three-hour meeting at church last night, I've yet to be able to check the results.

That's really interesting. It definitely isn't happening for me, and I access the site from four different devices throughout the day (macbook, PC laptop, PC desktop, and my phone). If it continues to be a problem, we can take it to proboards support, but I suspect this is specific to you and the devices you are using.

On my phone it was making me log in everytime I came to the site. Today I cleared my history (but not cookies) and now I'm always logged in. I have no idea why that worked, but there you go.

At the very bottom of the page there are some proboards links unfortunately in the same colors as our background. One of these says "switch to mobile version" or something like that. Really hard to see. Took me two years to notice it

Anyone else getting error messages when they try to do something longer than a quick reply?

Anyone else getting error messages when they try to do something longer than a quick reply? Yes. It's been happening for me since yesterday evening, about 16 hours ago. I get it on my laptop and my iPhone. Hope it gets sorted soon.
