Shazam's Squadron of Justice (it was one story, but it made a bit of an impression) Another fan of Shazam's Squadron of Justice??? Yes! I loved seeing Ibis, Spy Smasher, Bulletman, Bulletgirl, Mr. Scarlet, & Pinky banded together with the Marvel Family. I could see a modern version consisting of: Shazam Ibis Spy Smasher Bulleteer Isis I would go for this too ... I'm a fan of Shazam's Squadron of Justice; if you have the right writer this series can be quite entertaining and I'm not kidding about it.

There's Doom Patrol, Metal Men, Challengers of the Unknown, Inferior 5, Legion of Substitute Super Heroes, Wanderers (3 of those...), Young All-Stars, Power Company, Hero Hotline, Sea Devils, Cave Carsons Spelunkers, Time Masters, Linear Men, Suicide Squad, Checkmate, Sentinels of Magic, Shadowpact, Power Family, New Blood/Blood Pack, Psyber Rats, Young Heroes, Great Ten, Rocket Reds, Super Young Team, Ravers, Global Guardians, Hero Group, New Gods, Darkstars, LEGION, Omega Men, Freedom Fighters, Cadmus/Harries, Birds of Prey, Secret Six (at least 3 of those), The Losers (2 of those), The Blasters, 7 Soldiers of Victory (2 of those), Batman Inc., GLC, Supermen of America, Superman Squad... Most of those are either not in the main DCU, or long gone, or have never had a comic. That'd be like list the Young Allies, Red Guard, the X-terminators and the Pantheon for Marvel. The New Gods aren't a team, they're a race. I wouldn't call the Eternals a team, or the Asgardians. I've always thought DC focuses more on solo books and Marvel more on teams... you disagree?

Only if by main DCU you mean just New52: they were in the main DCU at the time.
I have no idea which put out more team/single books.
