There were a lot of trading card fans that didn't appreciate the Rittenhouse Archives Justice League of America trading card collections...
But I LOVED it! It was one of my favorite sets ever! I still collect some of the sketch cards from this set when I can find a good deal.

I like the fact that the covers are on the back of the cards. I do not have these but will probably get them on eBay as they are still very reasonably priced.

I actually just got the 72 card base set that does not include the 7 cards you displayed. Those are nice and I may get those later. There are also 6 cards not included in the set that feature the Crime Syndicate characters & adult Robin "Other Earths".  |

Ok, I couldn't resist, just got the 7 cards from eBay, although I paid significantly more than MechaGodzilla did...$17.99 + free shipping!! I also got the 6 card "Other Earths" set for $8.99 + free shipping. There is also a "Super Friends" 18 card insert set but that is rather expensive and doesn't really appeal to me since it has nothing to do with the classic silver age JLA. I did see a Murphy Anderson autographed case-topper card that interests me as well. |
