Does Bigfoot exist in Australia? No, but their closest equivalent is probably Young Einstein, because no has seen that, in the flesh, either!

Does Bigfoot exist in Australia? The Australian equivalent of Bigfoot is the Yowie.
Here is a link to the Yowie's entry on the Cryptid Wiki.

Nobody in Oz drinks Fosters. It's a joke we play on foreigners, like Vegemite.
I was waiting for this. Few people outside of Australia even know that Fosters is primarily an export product, and is certainly not the beer of choice down under.
Between Fosters and platypus venom, I'll take the latter... at least it has a more assertive flavor profile than the former.
It's not even really an export product. The vast majority is made under licence in other countries.
"Watered down horse piss" is a description of the taste of Fosters used by Australian comedian Paul McDermott in one of his intro monologues/rants on Good News Week.

One of the things 1990s comics were known for was all the gimmick covers that came out as well as inserts in plastic-wrapped comics. And it wasn't limited to just the big 2 companies But I can't recall any comic that included Smell-O-Rama. Some scratch off strip that would emit an odor appropriate to the image it was near
Correct me if my memory sprung another leak

There was Ape-ril Special #1 with a banana scented cover:
Batman - Santa Claus: Silent Knight #1 had a candy cane scented variant:
And Harley Quinn Annual #1 which took the gimmick the furthest with the rub-and-smell being incorporated into he book with panels to be rubbed as you read the story to get the scents in the scene. The scents were leather, suntan lotion, pizza and cannabis (with the international edition substituting freshly cut grass for cannabis):

I think the cannabis explains a lot of decision-making, at DC.

From 1988 and it did smell like a lemon. I remember also having a He-Man doll - 'Stinkor' was the character's name, I'm pretty sure - he looked like a skunk and smelled like mud. I also remember Count Floyd doing a smell o vision gimmick on Monster Chiller Horror Theatre where he'd send out spray cans of various smells to be used at various times during Dr. Tongue and Bruno's latest film. Was this a craze which started in the eighties or did it only seem like it began then since that's when I grew up?

Well, it was 1981 when John Waters' movie "Polyester" came out, and it was filmed in Odorama. You received a scratch 'n' sniff card with your admission, and a number flashed on the screen when you were supposed to s 'n' s. Among the aromas: new car smell, gasoline, pizza, dirty shoes, skunk, air freshener, and of course, flatulence. Some audience members wouldn't s'n's until they heard the reaction of others who had.

I’ve been on Wikipedia to look up Popeye, which includes categories for supporting characters and villains, but I can’t find a name for the villain (presumably a villain) in the pic below. Please help.

That's the Sea Hag, one of the ol' spinach-eater's oldest and nastiest villains.
