The character with the arm behind it's back made his appearance in the previous issue. I remember jumping out of my seat when he came out of a closet to attack his victim.

Man, Ian Miller! I love that cover and the other ones he did for Swampy! I also have a graphic novel from him from the early 90ies (The Luck In the Head), oversized format, quite good. I mainly encountered his artwork in various Warhammer Gamesworkshop roleplaying or miniature games sourcebooks and expansions. There's that one as well I missed that lookspromissing in typical Miller fashion.
