Thanks for the warm welcome guys! turnthepage, I like coffee. old episodes of the Simpsons, and stand up comedy too. Welcome to CCF and happy that you are able join and share with us. What are some of your favorite comic books? ... Just Wondering? I like the cut of your jib! I have 12 season of the Simpson on DVD and I watch them all the time. My pull list looks something like this: Black Science, IDW's Teenage Mutant Minja Turtles, the Moon Knight series that just wrapped up, Low, Deadly Class, The Fade Out, Injection, Walking Dead, Airboy, Sixth Gun, The Humans, and Southern Bastards. Some of my all time favorites are Fear Agent, Batman: The Long Halloween, The Black Mirror, Uncanny X-Force, Criminal, Punk Rock Jesus.... This list could get long. |

Ahoy all! I've been a comic fan since the early '90s, and generally read everything I can. Nowadays I don't travel too much into the Big 2, but most of my history is littered with those. Glad to be aboard, and I'm loving the reviews that I'm finding on this board! Yay, glad to see you made it here! Moderators of CCFWe added 10-12 Members in the past month and I was wondering that you should add another section underneath the Everything Else Board entitled New Member Introduction - a thread just for new members to sign in and all - since we already have one - why not move this thread to that area and be done with. This way it would be easier for the new members to make a note of themselves and I was thinking about it for the past few days. Just an idea of mine!

Thanks for your suggestion and we hope you like its new home. |

Hey everyone my name is Jay...not berg good with intros so I'll keep this brief. Started collecting comics around 1989 and have amassed around 40 long boxes and running out of room. Been mostly a Marvel guy until the last few years when I dipped into the DC pool. Spiderman has always been my favorite...ever since that Brand New Day abomination I haven't enjoyed it as much. Now it's mostly classics from the 60s to the 80s.
I'm also a huge movie buff...again mostly classic stuff from the 30s to the 80s...especially horror. I love the Hammer Horror films. Also am a vinyl record collector. I work 2 jobs 7 days a week though not always on the same day so I will post when I can.
Also...I loathe bananas and their mushy godawfulness.
