Greetings, I'm Brandon. I've been reading comics for about 30 years. And been creating comics (print & web) for about 14 years. My most rencent was Comic Critics with Sean Whitmore which lasted about 5 years. I'm currently working on a webcomic that is more than 150 pages. I should start posting it later this year. I was a part of the CBR forums since 2000. And was a mod/admin for about 10 years. Welcome. For a lot of us you don't need an introduction.

There's an art and writing sub-forum here as well, Brandon, in case you'd like to showcase your webcomics or any other creative endeavours. Soil's good here, stick around.

Thanks for the welcome guys. Nice to see some familiar screen names. There's an art and writing sub-forum here as well, Brandon, in case you'd like to showcase your webcomics or any other creative endeavours. Soil's good here, stick around. I used to mod the Artist & Writer Showcase board (along with 6 or so other boards) over at CBR before I stepped away from the mod team. I'll probably post about the comic once I start serializing it to get the word out. My avatar is a sketch of one of the characters from the comic.

Hey there! I was a hard core collector in the 80's and am slowly getting back into it after some time away. Been reading a lot of the threads as a guest and have enjoyed it thoroughly. Joining was the next logical step. As you might gather from my name I love the 70's and 80's era. I also love the Silver age as well as Marvel's Heroes Return. Though I don't collect Golden age I do love the reprints in the 70's. Anyway...Happy to be here.

I had to do a double-take here, as we recently had a member return to us with the username Bronze Age Brian. So glad that you did so, and I look forward to getting to know you better! That's pretty much me too! Other than a short return to comics in the 2000s, I pretty much stopped in 1994 and prefer the '70s and '80s best. I never did read Heroes Reborn, and I wonder if I missed much with that.

On Avengers its the difference between Liefeld and Busiek/Perez or Lifeld and Waid/Garney on Cap. And welcome Bronze Age (I too had to do the double take with the handle and Bronze Age Brian's moniker. -M
