Well it's a good partner to the buy some f*ing toys network I mean Cartoon network where shows get cancelled if the toylines don't sell well enough (we're looking at you Young Justice and others) even if the show is a hit and very popular. But again, it's Hollywood copycatting. Marvel Studios does something new for movies and creates a shared universe, now every hack thinks they can do it too or thy have to do it because it will sell. If they maybe made a good or successful G.I. Joe movie (they're 0 for 2) first, maybe I could not be so cynical, but yeah, no. -M |

I'm just waiting for the Disney/ Pixar/ Star Wars/ Marvel movie. Sort of the Disney Infinity video game, just with a bigger budget. (and a McDonalds tie-in)

(and a McDonalds tie-in) I seriously do not understand why they don't bring back the Marvel vs. Capcom style game only now with Marvel vs. Star Wars vs. Disney. Could you IMAGINE playing Elsa or Maleficent against your favorite Sith Lord or Marvel hero? |

Well, GI Joe already crossed over with Transformers a lot in the comics and with Street Fighter (of all things) in the toys, so basically... whatever.
How much of Rom can they actually use? I thought the story around Rom was 99% Marvel-property? (Micronauts at least had some backstory that wasn't made up by Marvel from scratch).

Transformers were a Marvel co-creation as well, so I'd imagine the law is the same with both. |

I honestly didn't think M.A.S.K. or Visionaries were remembered by enough people.
A M.A.S.K. film could be done well. It's almost the necessary middle-man between G.I. Joe and Transformers.
