Sounds like a job for... From our local police blotter over the last few years- -a string of thieves who staked out ATMs, followed people when they drive off and robbed them at their next stop when there were no security cams as there were at the banks....they were looking for cash to score their next meth or heroin hits, and any amount of cash was fair game, whether the person took out $20 or hundreds -a group of shall we say thugs that would travel around neighborhoods in winter offering to shovel driveways and what not and when the homeowner got out cash to pay them, would then force entry and rob them of the cash and often valuables in the house-it was winter and cold and they wore hats and ski-masks and such making them hard to id or describe -pick pockets who would stake out the coffee shop kiosk at the local mall that was cash only, one would signal the others when someone had cash in a wallet or such as a likely target then when they walked off the other would then bump into them, spilling the coffee and in the chaos of cleaning up and offering to buy them another lift the wallet and cash the mark had -a privately owned small business cash only cupcake shop that was raided and closed down because it was a front for a gang's drug and arms dealing business, not selling drugs or guns, but laundering the money they were getting in such transactions -a local breakfast/lunch restaurant/cafe that was raided and closed because it was taking in real money and giving out counterfeit money as change as a front for another organization -a cash only tattoo and head shop shut down for (you guessed it) money laundering and counterfeiting (and only found out because they also got nabbed for income tax evasion and failure to pay sales tax (they hid sales in cash to lessen amount owed in both cases) ...Frank Castle!

"The Rocky Horror Picture Show" is one of the stupidest movies ever made. Sure, back in the Seventies I enjoyed the party atmosphere at the midnight showings but it was in spite of, not because of, the dumbass film.
Let the vituperation and calumny begin!
Cei-U! I summon the sacred cow of my generation... and then butcher it!

Totally agree - I'd go further and say the whole schtick around seeing it and shouting out the "correct" comments at certain lines of dialogue is just pitiful

And I never cared enough to go out to watch it at a theater in the middle of the night. I also had no intention of learning all the stuff you were supposed to do for each line throughout the film, so I would've stood out like a sore thumb.

M, this is how I imagine most of the nation beyond the People's Republic of Massachusetts.
I'm only half-joking.

As for my participation in the thread on the subject .... I have never enjoyed a Tarantino movie and stopped after only three or four. In fact he was so annoying and obnoxious in Desperado that it was gratifying he wasn't in it long. Edit: Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown and Kill Bill. All bleh to boderline tolerable, which was Jackie Brown cause Pam Grier *rowr* I couldn't finish Django Unchained.

Even thought he's leading in most of the polls, I refuse to believe that Trump is REALLY running for the Republican nomination. It just feels ....sort of staged. Like he's doing a reality show.
There. I said it.

I could tolerate Reservoir Dogs, and most of Pulp Fiction...but was well aware of the 'You MUST think Tarantino is a GENIUS or you SUCK!' vibe permeating both films. 'KIll Bill' is the one I never finished. Basically a snuff film...with martial arts. And lesbians. And lesbians doing martial arts. And each other. And killing. Each other. And everybody. After doing each other. Sometimes before. Sometimes during. Oh, and that f***ing 'WOO HOOO WOO HOO HOOOO' song that became the Vonage jingle. F** that movie twice just for that.

I consider Pulp Fiction to be one of the top movies in the last 20 years. It is totally unpredictable, Something that is rare these days.

I watched the Kill Bill movies again recently and do not recall lesbians. If two women fight to the death that makes them lesbians? Where were all these lesbians hiding?

Christopher Nolan's Batman movies range from mediocre to terrible.
There I said it.
