I must be the really old man of the group. Use Accuradio during work and watch Youtube videos on my cell. Other than that for me it's the ol' FM over the air car radio driving to/from work and actually purchasing CD's of music I like for my listening pleasure. Am I an out of touch antique or what? For me: In the car I listen to a few local FM stations. Or a CD. Or play Pandora thru Bluetooth on my cell phone. At home it's Vinyl only.
My wife does have Sirius in her car.

Believe me, you don't want to listen to over air radio very much. Constantly talking over beginning and endings of songs. The bane of the home taper. Not that there are many (if any!) of those around anymore.

We still have a ton of tapes at home... but unfortunately, it turns out that many of them stop working after a few decades.

And absolutely no tape player to listen to them!?! Still have a shelf full of vinyl records bought during my teen years and yes, no record player to listen to them with. Do I keep these antiques as a self contained memento of ancient memories or foolishly think some day to be able to listen to them again? Am I crazy or senile?

Do I keep these antiques as a self contained memento of ancient memories or foolishly think some day to be able to listen to them again? Am I crazy or senile? I don't have any of the self-recorded tapes from radio stations, but I do have a handful of bootleg concerts still on cassette that I would love to transfer over to digital (if they are still in playable fashion). Couple of They Might Be Giants shows, Dead Kennedys, and Nine Inch Nails (although I lost the one from his show in Pittsburgh with David Bowie when I broke up with my ex-fiance) are sitting in a cassette holder in the back of my closet (why it is there and not in the basement storage area, I can't tell you). I myself have zero vinyl, although when my dad passes, my sister and I get his entire collection to do with as we please; lot of old and rare things in there, like original Beatles and Stones pressings. Neither of us has a record player (he does, however), so we're not sure what we're going to do with them.

She may be 65 and thirty-three years my senior, but Catherine O'Hara's an attractive woman even now.

My dear brother is now Cancer-Free ... he is given a clean bill of health and eating just fine and now is eating 4 meals a day and a light snack and can't eat anything about a hour before going to bed. He has no problem having his food goes down and all that. He is cleared to go back to work next Monday and work 32 hours a week for 3 months and up to a normal 40 hours plus overtime up to 8 if his boss asked him to.
I saw him last Thursday and just got the word today that he is now cancer-free.

If I am in a store (Walmart) for which you do not directly work and I am trying to read the features of an unrelated product, do not interrupt me and ask me who my internet provider is. It's none of your business, unless I ask you for a quote. I don't give a flying **** what your sales quota is. I am so beyond being tired of being constantly solicited for things unrelated to my shopping. Real life needs an ad blocker.

Enjoy the euphoria you both must be feeling.

I know that feeling ... and that's why I hate to go shopping because people want to talk about things that are totally unimportant to you.
