Froot Loops. We weren't allowed to eat coloured cereal when I was a kid, and they represented all the forbidden pleasures we'd have access to when we reached adulthood. I regret to report that neither Froot Loops, Boo-berriess or Lucky Charms are found nowadays in our house. Yech. So far, you can send me your milk chocolate and all your cereals. Don't forget the Reese's Puffs because those are great! I'll eat all your Count Chocula, Boo Berries, and Lucky Charms! OM NOM. I used to devour the monster cereals when I was a kid, especially Boo Berry. They bring them out around here every Halloween now, so a couple of years ago I tried a box out of nostalgia. I couldn't eat the damn things, they were just too sugary. Same with when I tried a Tahitian Treat soda that used to be a favorite treat. Couldn't even finish one can. My sugar tolerance is down dramatically.

Not to worry, the two debates can easily be combined. My wife likes dried banana chips covered in dark chocolate. She even made me buy her some when I went to Good Harvest last night. <sigh> 'Banana chips'? Isn't that one of Colonel Potter's bucolic euphemisms for equine droppings, on 'MASH'?;-) You don't know banana chips? Boy, are you missing out!

I love banana chips! I mean, I don't keep them in my house, but whenever I go to the health food store, I buy some to snack on.

I know what they are, I tried them once. It reminded me more of cereal, actually...Honeycomb cereal, that somebody might find down in the cushions of the back seat of their car, in the middle of summer. Yum. Yum.

I agree on milk chocolate, and also - m ilk itself. Haven't drunk a glass of milk in decades; it seems greasy now. Other things that seemed good then - Cola Spaghetti-Os and canned ravioli TV sitcoms Country music Thanks to lactose intolerance &, before that, veganism, I doubt I've drunk dairy milk in at least 20 years. For years I used the soy version for frappucinos; a year or so ago I switched to almond. I've used rice as well. One of these days I'll check out cashew. I either have a mild case of lactose intolerance or just really weird IBS, but sometimes chocolate milk doesn't sit all that well with me, while I'm just fine with regular milk. I usually just substitute Yoo-Hoo for it these days or a Chocolate Soda I love banana chips! I mean, I don't keep them in my house, but whenever I go to the health food store, I buy some to snack on. I honestly just love the texture and flavor of bananas in general, my local gas station used to sell Banana Icees and I would get them at every possible opportunity

I regret to report that neither Froot Loops, Boo-berriess or Lucky Charms are found nowadays in our house. Yech. I still eat Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes, in moderation. Never had a dog in the fight when it came to those 'monster' cereals. I especially couldn't stand chocolate in any cereals, even though I love it anything else. I have vague memories of my mom buying me Cocoa Krispies when I was like 4 or 5 years old, and not feeling well. Let's just say they didn't help. 'Count CHOCula! FRANKenbrry! BOOOO Berry!" 'TRIX, dammit!' Vaguely reminiscent of my lack of enthusiasm, back when I could eat ice cream, for chocolate ice cream, though I like it in just about any other form. Somewhat similarly, I don't really like hard peppermint candy, but peppermint ice cream, cake frosting, taffy, crumbly-type sticks, frappucino flavoring ... yes, please.

I make a habit of not eating things I find wedged in the back seat of a car. Especially in the middle of summer when they've been fumigated with sweaty farts.

How anyone can't love a good, ripe banana is beyond me.... That sounds suggestive.

Orios sounded fascinating when I was a kid, then I tasted it and the spell was over... Nowadays, I almost only eat cookies I bake myself anyways...
