mrp - thanks for posting this awesome picture and I just can't wait for November 2017 to come around and this rendering of Black Panther is perfection beyond my wildest dreams. I just in awe of this design and concept. Just Beautiful! You possibly won't have to wait that long: BP is supposed to be in Cap 3 in May-16 Simon, thanks for the bit of news here. Appreciate the "heads-up" ...

First DC, now Marvel...I never thought I'd be planning my theatre-going this far in advance.

This just in from BleedingCool: The new member of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be around a while. According to Deadline, Chadwick Boseman has signed a five picture deal with the studio to portray the Black Panther. The deal is said to begin with Captain America: Civil War and to include Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and Part 2. Throw in a Black Panther solo film in 2017 and you only have one more movie in the deal… likely a Black Panther sequel if the first film does well.

That's basically the same deal all the main character actors have, right?

I saw Dracula Untold with a friend last night and we both really liked it, despite the poor reviews it's had.
Vlad defends his country by volunteering to become a vampire and pretty much single-handedly saving Transylvania from the Turks, but at a high cost for him.
Has anyone else seen it ?

No, but Dracula was one of the first fictional characters I became obsessed with as a kid so i<m always interested in the latest version. I'll probably see this some time, but most likely not for quite some time yet.

I knew I was going to see this with this friend, and liked the trailer, so didn't bother to look for any other info on the Internet before seeing it. I'm glad I didn't but very surprised more people didn't like this.

Rhonda, Susan and I saw St. Vincent last weekend with Bill Murray and Melissa McCarthy last weekend and we all liked it.
Pretty much anything Bill Murray's going be good, and I don't normally care for McCarthy's overacting, but she was really good in this.

Anyone seen Snowpiercer (2013)? It seems to be a Koren made film if read the directors name right, Joon-ho Bong. But it has a few well know and good American actors; Chris Evans, Ed Harris and John Hurt. The synopsis seems vague and run of the mill post-apocalyptic. It's over 2 hours so just wondering if someone had seen it before I invest the time.

I hate spoilers so I avoid all info on the upcoming Marvel movies, but I REALLY hope we don't have to wait four or five years to see non-cameo appearances of Thanos.
I hope that Jim Starlin gets offered a cameo when Infinity War comes around.

If subject matter sounds like something you'd be drawn to then you'll most likely enjoy it. As you can imagine from the subject matter and synopsis it's rather bleak with some depressing and kindve gross moments but some interesting and good performances. If you like it or movies of this type, I'd also suggest "the day" and "the colony" (under the radar movies) or "the Road" which you've probably heard of.

I haven't seen it (yet), but the stuff I've read has been overwhelmingly positive.
