Let's not count direct to video, early serials or TV, just the stuff that was meant for the big screen, either originated from comic books or featured actual superheroes, with real powers or vigilanting. Hmm. There's always a handful that get forgotten in these lists.
From yours here I would include Meteor Man and unbreakable in homage. There's Road to Perdition and ghost world, MiB 1+2+3, Flash Gordon, John carter, ripd, sin city 1+2 and 300 1+2 and the Saint? under indies? Not sure return of swamp thing wasn't dtv? And if you're including 1989 punisher then you need to add 1988/89 Capt. America too since I believe they both only saw a brief overseas theatrical release. There's also transformers and big hero 6 under toys etc Just off my head and a quick look at my DVDs shelf.

I did include Meteor Man and Unbreakable, but I left out Ghostworld, Road To Perdition, Tamara Drewe, From Hell and plenty of others as those have nothing to do with superheroes even remotly. Both Swamp Thing were released in theatres, but I'm not sure about that Captain America one. But if you watched it, it's fairly obvious it certainly was not intended for the big screen I also left out Flash Gordon as this was more of a fantastic adventure, as John Carter was. I also left Dick Tracy as it was more crime than vigileante Big Hero 6 is a good call indeed. And even if I had those in my head while writing, I also completly forgot to include the Sin City ones. I'll be adding those Edit : you were right, Cap 1990 was indeed released regularly. I didn't include it because I thought it only had a technical release for copyright holding reasons, I don't know where I was getting that

But this lists adaptation of comics in general, This was just about superheroes and superhero related ones, at least in the vague US sense of superheroes... And as for foreign, I included a few, but indeed feel free to add ones, I'll amend.

If you're including Masters of the Universe and GI Joe, then the Transformers franchise would be logical to include as well.
Maybe Speed Racer?
Scott Pilgrim would fit with the Homage/Parody part.
Men In Black could be added, it's closer to superhero than several other entries are (Sin City for instance).
edit: Oh, and I was just reminded of Dragonball Evolution.

Superman and the Mole Men? Arthur Gordon Scratch said this: "Let's not count direct to video, early serials or TV, just the stuff that was meant for the big screen. I also skiped Zorro movies, Bollywood and most south asian films that didn't really make any impact outside the western world." Superman and the Mole Men was a full length Made for TV so it's would not count. Sorry Shax!

What about the Howardian propety films-all started outside of comics per se (.e. in the pulps), but feature characters that are as much a super-hero as say Jonah Hex, who is on the list and all featured prominently in comics at one point, so...
Conan the Barbarian Conan the Destroyer Conan the Barbarian remake Solomon Kane (limited theatrical release but intended for theatre feature) Kull the Conqueror...
and then there is the Red Sonja movie which should count regardless as she started in comics (even if loosely based on a different Howard character), and he exploits are as super-heroic as many of the characters featured on the list.
There's also the 1970s Doc Savage movie
and didn't Darkman have a pair of sequels (or were those direct to video)?

Superman and the Mole Men? Superman and the Mole Men was a full length Made for TV so it's would not count. Sorry Shax! No you're wrong. Superman and the Mole Men hit the theaters in 1951. A year later it was split into 2 parts for the TV show. It certainly counts.

At first, I included Transformers, but then I thought that unlike MOTU and GI Joe, those didn't feature any kind of human superpowers or extraordinary abilities. Speed Racer and Men In Black are the same. Dragonball Evolution actually is a good fit (and a terrible movie, hahaha), which makes me think those Fist Of The North Star movies actually fit as well. Scott Pilgrim? Hmmm. What do you think folks?

Condor Man Puma Man Captain Amazing Orgazmo Doctor Strange TV movie Nick Fury TV movie Captain America TV movies Hulk TV movies
Condorman was already listed. Good call on Puma man and Orgazmo, completly forgot about those. What is Captain Amazing? Can't find anything about it... About those four TV movies, I said I would only count movies made and intended for the big screen. I almost included Doctor Mordrid which originaly was supposed to be an official Doctor Strange movie (and a very cool one might I add) untli the producers lost the rights. It ended up being a TV movie, so I have no way of knowing if the producers knew during production this was going to be a video only or not, hence its absence in the list, if not also because its final production values indicate it probably was intended for home viewing.
