I nominate Justice League, in the Post-Crisis Era. It has very active discussion with lots of participants. Shaxper's review are great, with a lot of analysis on different levels. Sometimes I agree. Sometimes I disagree. But there's always something to chew on.

I'm going to go with Confessor's Star Wars review thread, I've fallen waaay behind on keeping up with it but I love both his insight and the over all format of his reviews.

I'd like to nominate Wildfire for his Silver Age Review thread. I enjoy the upbeat, but fair tone of his reviews; they're never snarky or mean-spirited. I also like that he welcomes comments and conversation. I wish he could post one a day.

I'd like to nominate Roquefort Raider's Savage Sword of Conan thread which never fails to give me a new perspective on one of my favortie fictional characters. It is insightful and articulate analysis and engaging in its own right. -M

I'm going to go with Confessor's Star Wars review thread, I've fallen waaay behind on keeping up with it but I love both his insight and the over all format of his reviews. Somehow, I'd managed to completely overlook this entire section of the site, until now... However, now I'm here, I'd like to second Confessor's Star Wars thread, just because it never fails to bring back great memories.

I nominate tingramretro's Dr. Who in Comics. It's so choc full of information about an area of comicdom that I know nothing about and takes the unusual approach of focusing more on the larger multimedia presence of the Doctor as reflected in comics than the traditional review thread approach of scrutinizing the contents of individual stories. Six months into the thread, tingramretro keeps finding new dimensions of The Doctor's comic book presence worth uncovering. It's continually fascinating to me and quite different from any other review thread being done at The CCF. Maybe it's not even right to call it a review thread; it's a tour through facets of a particular dimension of pop culture history. And yet it has the spirit, energy, and commitment of a review thread, so I am counting it.

I'll second Wildfire and his Silver Age Review thread.
I'd like to nominate shaxper's T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents at Tower Comics (1965-1969) for shining a well deserved, throughfully written and entertaining light on one of the more interesting, non-Big Two, Silver Age franchises, as well as the criminally under-appreciated spin off, U.N.D.E.R.S.E.A. Agent.

I'll a nominate The Captain's Captain America thread, which I've been enjoying very much and am looking forward to getting into the early 70s era I just read I'll also 2nd the THUNDER agents thread which I've found very interesting, since that's not stuff I've ever read before.

Heh, sorry.. missed that somehow. I changed mine.. seems like that's the more fair thing to do. Also, I forgot you have to bold things, so I did that.
