Awhile ago, I received a package of comics that I'd bought off eBay and the seller had actually used as part of the filler/stuffing/padding of the box, a copy of Stormwatch #0 and Gen13 #1. Both issues were folded up and inserted into the sides of the box. I just had to giggle over that (not to mention also getting these as free comics) So if you're willing to use certain comics/issues as package stuffing, to me that suggests what you think of their real value. And yet I actually paid money AND shipping for a copy of Stormwatch #0 only a decade ago because it gets referenced during the Warren Ellis run. One man's trash...

Some of my comics are so obscure that they're priceless. In this case, I think that makes them more worthless than the other stuff. No matter how common and overprinted it is, there's still someone out there who will pay 50 cents for a Youngblood #1. Is there truly anyone out there who needs a copy of Ape Nation #1? I mean, I know Planet of the Apes fanatics. Even they wouldn't know what to do with this thing. How bad should I feel for wanting this? As you may have guessed from the obscure comic thread, I love strange stuff like this. And I kind of want this now. lol

What's worse than bad 90's McFarlane comics? How about bad 90's amateur copied McFarlane comics? Well now I want it! Trust me, you really don't want it lol. It's heinous!

Ahh well, I trust in your opinion. And did that thing cost $5.95? Ouch!

Ahh well, I trust in your opinion. And did that thing cost $5.95? Ouch! That was the special collectors edition version. There was a regular cover that sold for less. If you really want to know what happens, I reviewed the whole thing. Ape Nation #1Ape Nation #2Ape Nation #3Ape Nation #4It is not an exaggeration for me to state that the writer, Charles Marshall, is hands down the worst comic book writer I've ever encountered.

I was thinking of the 90's X-Men #1 with 5 covers... just by shear print volume.

My vote is for whatever comics you mention so far, but instead of #1, issue #2 of that same series/run. People will give a #1 of a series a chance perhaps. If it's number 2, they will search for #1 first.

X-Force #1, from 1991. Worthless in monetary terms because there are so many of the damn things, and worthless in every other way because it's badly written, badly drawn crap.
