Everyone knocked it out of the park (again!) this week, but I can't say no to Maneely, so it's MDG for me.

Voting is now closed. Tallying in progress. (And I'll attempt not to screw it up this week. )

Votes are in. A wide diversity of opinion this week, with 14 different posters receiving votes.
But we have a clear winner (thank goodness).
Melting the voters' hearts this week was MW Gallaher who received 4 votes.
Arthur Gordon Scratch, berkley, foxley, jodoc, and MDG each pooled 2 votes.
One vote apiece dripped down to Slam Bradley, Farrar, The Captain, Hoosier X, Paradox, MRP, DubipR, and Crimebuster.

Ah!!! to late to the party! I would have voted for MRP and his amzing and unknown to me Kaluta cover, slightly more on the wrightsonesque side of his usual trade.

I love the Buscema cover I posted, but here's one I'd also considered:

GW Gallagher also won last year and never responded. If anyone has his Phone # or Fb, maybe they can contact him.

I remember that.
It felt like the entire board was holding its breath.

It's Thursday morning. I'm thinking that if by Friday GW doesn't respond, someone else can choose the new topic. They won't be the winner but at least it will keep the contest going.

I think that's fair.
I suppose it would go to the 2nd place winner, but there are 5 different people tied for that position.

Can someone who has not voted please cast a tiebreaker vote between Arthur Gordon Scratch, berkley, foxley, jodoc, and MDG: just in case. That way we can have a reserve ready and waiting to go if MW does not start a new contest.
