In the interest of full transparency...Post a cover that shows something that is transparent. A person, an object, a costume, if you can see through it, it qualifies! The rules: -Post one, and only one, classic cover that fits the theme of the contest. -Cover must be from a published comic book or collected volume published before Jun. 1, 2006. -Covers must be posted between June 22nd and June 27th -Voting is on Tuesday, June 28th, beginning at 12:01am PST and ending at 11:59am PST -Vote by posting the name of the poster whose cover best fits the theme or that you simply like the most. -Put the name in bold, please. -The winner of the contest is the entrant with the most votes after the voting period ends. -The winner chooses the theme for the next week's contest. -If you don't think the cover fits the theme, don't vote for it; don't post disparaging remarks about it. -If a cover is more recent than the Classic time frame, kindly point it out and the poster can choose an alternate before voting begins. For example:

Just scraping in under the classic cut-off, I give you Cobweb; possibly the only crimefighter with a see-through costume:

Transparent, even though he's not supposed to be. That was a really good issue I remember.

Found this...is this Deadman series any good? That 7 issue collects the original Deadman stories from Strange Adventures and appearances form Brave & the Bold from the 60s-almost all with Neal Adams art. There are usually 2 stories per issue with a Adams back up from one of the mystery books-usually House of Mystery)when they need filler in each issue. For me, it's the best Deadman run out there, but it has its quirks. -M
