I'm pretty excited! I know they sorta did it with the original Teen Titans cartoon, but this should be alot better... plus, it'll be fun to see a more serious art style.

They mentioned that they wanted to do this a while ago so it's glad that it's finally getting to see the light of day. I haven't seen the Killing Joke so I can't speak to the quality of that, but I really hope they try a little harder with this one as the last handful of DC animated films have been pretty bad.

I do wonder if they're going to keep the "Tera sleeping with Deathstroke" implications. Considering what they just did with Killing Joke, they're likely to expand it into a full blown orgy with Robin included. |

Really? The ones I've seen were all pretty decent, but I haven't got the last few, and Killing Joke does sound terrible. They did a good job on DKR, for instance, and the Wonder Woman one I remember liking. |

Been waiting for this for years. Never heard why they halted production, but remember reading they were pretty far along. I believe they were starting to record the voices when it was suddenly stopped. Never made any sense. Especially since teen titans was as popular as ever going to be at that time. The original tt cartoon was at its peak. (They oddly pulled the plug on that prematurely as well btw). I can only assume they were worried about confusing the young audience and or offending them and the parents w/ such radically different interpretations? Although now w/ the popularity of the even younger skewed tt go, it's odd.
If I remember info from the time, I believe they confirmed the romance between terra and slade was intact. But the question remains, is this an all new / different production? Or the same?

Those were good but they were more than 5 years ago, the recent string of films since the flashpoint movie have been pretty flimsy. |

I don't think I've got one since Flashpoint, actually They aren't terrible persay(except for Batman: Badblood and Batman VS. Robin) but they seemed to be churned out assembly line style rather than the care that went into the others. |

Don't know if it would work as a standalone movie except as a sequel to another Teen Titans movie. I think part of the reason that it works is that it follows up on Deathstroke getting revenge on the Titans over a period of time.

I really wish they'd do a Justice League Animated Feature that would address the proposition Lex Luthor was about to put to Orm at the end of Throne of Atlantis!
(I just watched Throne this evening after buying the soundtrack on iTunes and I'm chomping at the bit to see what happens next!)

I prefer the Arrow costume design. It seemed a bit more functional, yet still in the spirit. This is a little overly armored for my tastes. I still want my buccaneer boots, though. Deathstroke without some swashbuckling isn't the same.
