True, but that's probably a better strategy than publishing titles no one wants and hoping they find the next Hawkeye or Ms. Marvel. Marvel's been doing that since they published Fantastic Four #1 in 1961. If Marvel didn't try titles no one though tthye wanted, there would be no Marvel... -M

So it looks like all the returns have arrived at Diamond and reports are there are several pallets full of returns, now remember, only covers had to be returned, not comics, so a lot more covers are needed to fill a pallet than the whole comics would, and there are several pallets of returns... Bleeding Cool articleBleeding Cool is also putting forward insider claims that the loss of revenues form the $2.99 cover price even though sales were up, revenues were down, are behind the increase to $3.99 and that the twice monthly books are not far behind in such a price increase. We'll have to wait and see, but it looks like the Rebirth bump wasn't all that DC hoped it would be and that sales to end customers were not what DC, or retailers expected and/or hoped for. -M

I'm not sure that article tells us much... the article says the picture is just a stock picture, and Rich is somewhat anti-DC. I feel like that is just another anedotal story on top of alot of them that say Rebirth is doing well.
