Saturn Queen was planning a raid on Zoraff, the fez planet. But after the Anti-Superman Gang was defeated by Jimmy Olsen in this issue, they were all miniaturized and sent to Florzon, the tiny prison planet that's hidden in the ear of Gas Girl's kitten. The raid on Zoraff to procure fezzes was eventually carried out by the second Superman Revenge Squad. And then the Bizarro Superman Revenge Squad ("Us love to give stuff to Superman") rescued the fezzes and gave them all to Beppo. I can't tell if your kidding or that really is a story.
