Russ Heath is 90 and still going. I'm going to be his booth partner this weekend at LBCC. How did this go, Dubip? and... Happy Birthday to Mr. Heath! Today, September 29th, is his 90th birthday. And of course this immortal classic.

It appears Everett Raymond Kinstler is still very much alive and is showing some Western Art just a few miles from me through Oct. 2. He did some stunning work for MLJ back in the Golden Age, particularly on Black Hood.

Is Joe Sinnott a Golden Ager?
Or more of an Atomic Ager?

Russ Heath is another favorite of mine too and I'm surprised that yesterday was his birthday ... thanks Farrar for mentioning it!

And of course this immortal classic. Russ had a good show. Sold tons of prints of classic cover reprints and figure works. It was great seeing lots of people bringing war comics, Sea Devils and everything in between

Jules Fieffer worked with Will Eisner on The Spirit. He is 88
And though not an artist, Stan Lee is definitely a Golden Age creator.
Anybody read Jack Katz's indie book The First Kingdom?
