Also, having read Kingdom Come and Earth X, both Alex Ross-imagined visions of the future of a superhero universe, I thought Earth X was the masterpiece of the two.

Also, having read Kingdom Come and Earth X, both Alex Ross-imagined visions of the future of a superhero universe, I thought Earth X was the masterpiece of the two. Wow. Really? That's cool of course, but can't grasp it personally. I didn't get to Earth X till later on, but beyond some brilliant character re-imaginings I was terribly disappointed. Thought it was mostly a laborious bore. |
