Each character had a failure to do something or something. The arc overall wasn't terrible. It was the typical over reaction to anything Austen would write that hurt it and killed his Action Comics run.

Suffered thru the worst inning of Yankee baseball in many a year.Game tied 1-1 vs The Angels. Top of the 8th Yanks load the bases with no outs and fail to score. Bottom of the 8th the Yanks walk 6 Angel batters leading to 3 runs and lose the game 4-1.

Wait, you mean to say some people want the Yankees to win? The mind boggles!
Cei-U! Boggles, I tell you!

Oh, gosh, Chuck Austen. His Uncanny X-Men was one of the worst pieces of refuse I have ever read. His fill-ins on Exiles and his US War Machine were quite good, though. I haven't read anything else even approaching tolerable by him, though.

Got a PM from Jonah to change my avatar and title....
Nope!
In other things, I'm being suckered into seeing Amazing Spider-Man 2 after work. As long as I'm not paying for the tickets....

DubipR - uh oh, going for a ban? See, I want to see it although the reviews I'm seeing haven't been great. Despite feeling it was way too soon for a reboot, someone bought me tickets to ASM1 and I liked it a lot more than I expected to. Might go tonight after work if for no other reason that to not be spoiled.

The first one sucked a big one. Honestly I'm a little effed out on comic book films. I did enjoy Captain America 2 but I think I'm close to not giving a flying frig about comic book films.

Fair enough on all points.

The sanity....well...that's another kettle of fish. I'm tired of schlockbusters, be it comic book related or just in general. Best stuff I've watched recently have been documentaries. Anyone familiar with Rob Prior? He draws with both hands at the same time.

Ric Estrada apparently could draw with both hands as well. Whether he ever did so at the same time, I have no idea.
