I can't believe it! After showing absolutely NO signs of life for more than three hours, Stewie's started moving! Unfortunately he looks to be in his death throes.
Sigh. It's going to be a loooooong day.
Cei-U! I summon the stubborn little survivor!

How do you know he had a stroke? Is he slurring his words?

How do you know he had a stroke? Is he slurring his words? Partial paralysis, inability to keep his balance, that kind of thing. He's fought his way back from a couple of them, forcing himself onto his wheel and making himself keep moving until he regained much of his movement. Even after convincing both my sister and I that he was stone cold dead this morning, he's rallied enough to eat, drink and even groom himself. It's been kind of inspirational (when it isn't being heartrending) but I don't think he's likely to make it more than another day or two at best. Cei-U! Hopes he fights that hard when HIS number's up!

Maybe he's discovered that he likes sleeping on his back?
I've met Stewie, he's cute. Kurt, tell everybody Stewie's origin story.

Maybe he's discovered that he likes sleeping on his back? I've met Stewie, he's cute. Kurt, tell everybody Stewie's origin story. Stewie was originally acquired as food for my niece's albino python. When, the morning after he and a couple of other mice had been tossed in the terrarium, Katie found Stewie contentedly sleeping atop a coiled-up and quite full snake, she decided his chutzpah had earned him a reprieve. Later, before he came to stay at Uncle Kurt's Home for Wayward Pets, he got out of his cage and was caught by the resident cat, who roughed him up some before Katie could rescue the poor little thing. He got out of that scrape with only a couple of broken ribs. So Stewie has come by his tough guy image honestly. Cei-U! And they say cats have nine lives!

Dat's what the board is for.
Yeah, that was Eclipse around 1980 or so.
Vaguely remember it and haven't read it since then, but with that team how could it be bad ?

(Unless Stewie actually learned it from Dr. Oz, then nevermind.)

Interesting though some of this is surprising.
The comment asks about the Shroud. I hardly remember anything about the character, but don't remember big money.
