Epic mouse tales--wow.
I'm enjoying the Dynamite titles I ordered, even if they're a little more intense than my usual tastes.

Friday morning update: Stewie is breathing and occasionally twitching but hasn't had any food or water in more than 36 hours. It can't be long now.
Cei-U! I summon the winddown!

Well some news/rumors on the Doc Strange front today. First in his weekly Axel-in-Charge Q&A, Alonso mentioned they have a writer on board for a new Strange solo series post Original Sin, no artist attached yet, so release is not imminent, and no other details, and Bleeding Cool reported one of the trade papers has a story that Marvel's seeking to talk to the representatives of Tom Hardy and Benedict Cumberbatch about the role of Doc Strange....I consider all of these good things....of course if Cumberbatch is cast as Doc, my wife will be more excited for the movie than I am....something I wouldn't have thought possible.

Watching some of my favorite episodes and looking at the episode listing that came with the DVD set, season 8 of the Simpsons could be the season that contains some of the best episodes of the series.
Treehouse of Terror 7 -- Citizen Kang You Only Move Twice The Homer They Fall Bart After Dark A Millhouse Divided Hurricane Neddy El Viaje Misterioso De Nuestro Jomer The Springfield Files The Twisted World of Marge Simpson Mountain of Madness Simpsoncslifragilisticexpiala(doh)cious Homer's Phobia The Brother From Another Series Homer vs The Eighteenth Amendment Grade School Confidental The Old Man and the Lisa Homer's Enemy (possibly the greatest single episode) The Simpsons Spin-off Showcase

I've only seen him in Sherlock, but I love Cumberbatch so I'd definitely watch him as Strange. Hardy looks closer to how I picture Strange, though.
The second season of The Simpsons is probably my favorite.

Last night was my 35th High school reunion. For our 30th, there were over 80 people to celebrate with us, this year there were less than 40. We had a great time regardless but after 3 glasses of wine I was fated to take mass transit to crash at my parents home. When I arrived home this morning my wife was nice enough to prepare the dog house for me.

Yesterday was my high school graduation. It still feels like high school isn't over though.

Yesterday was my high school graduation. It still feels like high school isn't over though. Congrats! Mine, I learned a few years ago, occurred either (depending on which source one goes with) the day before or the day of Star Wars' release, which in retrospect means that I was fated to ... well, not amount to much of anything, really. Oh, well.
