Slam_Bradley FarrarI did not expect finding covers here in this thread outside of Marvel Comics and I just surprised that you find them - great way of thinking outside of the box. Everyone, you guys made this contest great and I just find these covers great ... man, I just wanted to say "Thanks" to everyone here submitting them and making it very difficult to find out the winner is.

Covers featuring trombones??? A true challenge. Less challenging than when I win. Prince Hal? On a comic book cover? Really? (Einstein don't count.) (while some might call Henry V an unstoppable Juggernaut, feel free not to count this as an official submission)

I don't know if this is acceptable, but I'd like to claim Thor #411 for my entry this week.
I'm on my phone and not really able to post the picture easily, but I'll get it uploaded tonight when I get home.
If it's not cool to do this, and someone else REALLY wants to use that cover between now and tonight, let me know and I'll find another one (I have a couple in mind)

Consider it posted, if everyone agrees. I can always edit this out when you get home and put up your own, Captain.

Hope I didn't miss this entry on a previous page. Not as many options as with other themes, obviously: Which one was the evil stepbrother again?

Many thanks to Prince Hal and @mechagodzilla for both posting copies of my cover for me this week when I was unable. I wanted to post my own picture, because this is one of the first books I ever got signed by the artist. I met Ron Frenz at the next-to-last Pittsburgh Comicon in 2013 (before the intergalactic scourge known as Wizard World bought them out), and I was excited to meet him, as I'd been a fan of his work for years. He signed three books for me, those being Amazing Spider-Man 260, Captain America 342, and this one. He said almost no one ever brought him this book, as most were more interested in him signing the next issue, which is the first appearance of the New Warriors. That's my story on this cover and why I picked it this week (that, and because Juggernaut picked the book I would have chosen, as most of you long-time members know my story behind that issue). Sorry the picture quality isn't better, but ambient lighting wasn't getting the job done and the flash was a little too bright.

Crimebuster
I would never have guessed it was Jim Starlin, BTW. I wavered a long time between this and Hoosier X's Herb Trimpe cover.
