I was a Marvel guy so Marvel Team-Up and Marvel Two-In-One. But it usually depended on the creative team for me: the Claremont/Byrne Marvel Team-Up, George Perez on Marvel Two-In-One were highlights.
But I wish one of these had been more of a real team-up series in stead of always Spider-Man (or Batman or whoever) + someone else.

'Brave and the Bold' is easily my favourite. It's still one of the first series I'll reach for when I want to read something fantastic. 'Marvel Two-in-One' comes in second and mostly on the strength of stuff like the 'Serpent Crown' and especially 'Project Pegasus'. 'DC Comics presents' comes in at #3 mainly on the strength of (a) Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez, and (b) the 'Whatever Happened To...' back-ups.

Before anyone mentions it: i didn't include Secret Society of Super-Villains from DC as i have never seen or read an issue of it. It came and went before i had ever heard of it and for some reason i never picked up any issues. I know of it and have seen bits here and there on the internet is all, so i have no real connection to it which is why i left it off the list. Feel free to include as other I had thought about that one, actually. I liked that one quite a bit, too.

I loved all the team-up books but I was always more Marvel than DC as a kid, so while I'd happily vote for B&B or DCCP, being limited to three choices means it really has to be MTIO (easily my favourite team-up book ever, particularly that early eighties run that included The Pegasus Project, the Warlock trilogy and The Serpent Crown Affair), MTU and, just for being the best "buddy" book ever, Power Man & Iron Fist. I also loved SVTU, but despite the title, I'm not sure most of its run really qualifies as a team-up book; it was more often Namor and various random characters opposing Dr. Doom.

I too was a Marvelite more than DC growing up. I think that MTU and MTIO did have such great continued and connected stories at times which helped me like them more. I liked those early MTIO with the Thing time traveling to meeting past and future hero's and then Deathlok turning up in the present. Also like Ben going to England to restore Alicia' sight and he meets up with British hero's while Alicia turns into a spider. And YES: PM/IF is the best ever buddy book around. So glad the two of them are reunited and getting so much respect and new fans in comics and television today considering their ties to the 70's movie/television boom of the martial art's and blaxpoitation era's.

Marvel Two In One here by a country mile. One of the first books I bought as a collector at the ripe age of 13 so I was soon to experience the Project Pegasus story etc. I always liked that there was some sort of continuity in the title unlike any of the other pure team up books. The Spider-Man stories in team up were hit and miss for mine. Brave and Bold was cool but Presents was fairly cap. Super never needs a hand from any of those loses although we did get the awesome legion of subs story. PMIF was and now still is excellent. ...but ain't nun of them got a patch on the ever loving blue eyed Thing.

DC Comics Presents: Always look forward to seeing Superman team with different heroes, giving the character a chance to show how he's not all-powerful, but needs others talents and abilities to get the job done.
Marvel Two-In-One: See DCCP, but with the Thing, it's really a matter of him just falling into situations that he can be of help more than him seeking out others.
Super-Villain Team-Up: Really just an ersatz Doctor Doom strip, but towards the end of the run gave us some different characters.

Brave and Bold is what team up books should be measured against.
Two-in-One was the first team up book I ever read and I thought it was such a good vehicle for Ben. This is what Marvel should be doing with the Thing instead of having him with the GOTG.
PMIF was just a good old fashion buddy storyline.
