A few covers come to mind, all Kirby. Going with this classic and (some say overpriced  ) cover.  Yeah, I wouldn't have paid more than 8 cents for it. |

One of my favorite old covers. Creepy and heroic at the same time. Kirbys Fly is wonderful. I have some reprints of these. |

Crud. The cover I really wanted to use from this series is a few months past the 2007 date. Great series, would've been amazing if this went to HBO or Showtime as originally pitched.  |

I did find it creepy when I watched it when I was probably a teen or so. I guess I can see it being scary to a kid. Heck ET scared me most of my childhood cause my folks took me to see it when I was like 3. And he's not even a malevolent alien. |
