The votes are in, so let's take a look at the results:

Soaring high above above all competition is this week's runaway winner Farrar, with 6 votes.
Flying high in second place are MDG and pinkfloydsound17; scoring 3 votes apiece.
In third place, things are looking for MW Gallaher and jodoc, who recieved 2 voyes each.

That's actually easy to answer. There's a building just behind Spidey that he could have easily attached his webbing to.

The REAL question is: why is Daredevil jumping off what seems to be, based on the perspective given, a 30-story building (at least) with no visible means of retarding his fall to the pavement and a certain death below? More like Dumbdevil, amirite?
