Barry Windsor-Smith does artwork for The Byrds... . That album cover was a big deal when it came out for the comic fans I hung out with at college. He also did an illustration for a book on the Beatles lyrics. I cannot find an image on Google

Some of those Steranko covers look so good, it's tempting to start searching for the books. Kelwin, The Shores of Tomorrow, and Infinity One in particular.
