Yep -- though probably not for much longer. Gonna go curl up with the 5th (of 6 so far) Kate Burkholder mystery by Linda Castillo, whom I discovered by chance at the library a couple of weeks ago. Was she nice to you?

I have full runs of All Star Squadron, Invaders and the JSA revival with the Wally Wood Art. I don't remember any of them except the All Star Squadron. THAT was a great series until it got raped by the Crisis.

I also enjoyed that All-Star revival with the Wood art. The "Super-Squad" was the price we had to pay for the return of the JSA, but it was worth it just to be able to buy comics that bore the All-Star logo once again. And there was this little gem: Adams is great, but he could have used a hand from Mike Sekowsky when it came to laying out this cover... Gotta love the Atom kayoing that flying horse!

My favorite would be the '70s All-Star run, although I lose interest a bit after Joe Staton (not exactly a favorite of mine) takes over the art chores.
By the way, I've been thinking that, after I finish my article for Roy, I might start an "Earth-Two Issue By Issue" thread using the material from my unpublished "Boomer's Guide to Earth-Two." Would folks be interested in seeing it?
Cei-U! I summon the inquiry!

Once again, I'm going with Fleisher and Aparo's Spectre revival, which pretty much ignored the lousy Silver Age take on the character. And can you count Conan? I suppose he was a Platinum Age character. Some of us would say... well... me, that there is no such thing as a 'platinum age'.

Clearly, Hal won't be letting you alone till this happens. Curse you, double post! I'd banish you to the underworld, Dan, but, well, you know... Oh, Dan, I have a copy of Brother Power #4. Art by Frank Robbins.
