I appreciate that everyone is getting into this week's contest. I hate to risk sounding like a jerk, but a lot of them are rather afield of the theme. This is what I wrote in the original post - Post a cover featuring a character in conflict with his or her Secret Identity. It can be costumed ID vs. civilian ID or the other way around. But they have to be in direct conflict with each other - something like DC Comics Presents #79 would not count. If the character has more than two identities, any combination will work. If the story reveals one of the identities to be a fake, that's fine, as long as the cover bills it as the character fighting himself.
Also, it doesn't necessarily have to be a hero fighting their secret ID (hint, hint)... Sorry if I wasn't clear enough or if it seems overcomplicated. If anyone still isn't clear on it, let me know. No worries. The voters will sort it out, as they always do.

So, you're saying it's the hero or villain vs their secret identity, right ? Right. Hero or villain in some kind of conflict their non-costumed identity. Or identit ies, in some cases. I think the Moon Knight post had three Secret IDs on it, and Hondobrode posted a triple-threat cover with three heroes vs. their secret IDs. No doppelgangers, no Batman vs. Batman, no "Superman and Clark Kent take Lois Lane and Lana Lang on a double date." Although that last one would be kind of a fun story to see. ____________________ I almost typed "Hoondobrode." Hey Hoondo, lad. Are ye one o' the Scottish Brodes?

Maybe we should switch to an electoral college system and elect a bunch of representatives who can then vote our favourite covers for us every week.

I don't believe anything I wrote was disparaging, especially when I said the fault may have been on my end. But when over half of the covers posted have nothing to do with the theme, I think a clarification is justified.

Or hire a Russian hacker to ensure the desired outcome.

Well, that disqualifies my Cap cover. Time to hit Google Images again.

Here is my 3rd attempt, does this cover fit the correct theme?? It appears to have direct conflict with Barry Allen marrying Iris and Flash rushing in to stop the wedding, or am I still missing the point?

It's does in my mind batusi and this contest is very difficult to judge for the right cover and frankly I've feel that it's going to be interesting who wins it. Right now, most of you are having a difficult time deciding what cover to use and my advice go with your heart and not anyone else's opinions.
