So I am working on a project for my comic wall. I picked up these hangars that look like little men crawling on the wall. Their legs stick out and you are supposed to use them as a funky coat hangar.
However I had a better idea...paint them and turn them into three mini Spidermen climbing the wall. So I did the black costume first which I will post, and I am definitely doing a Ditko inspired original style costume. But what should I do for the third costume design? Which of Spideys many threads would you put in your top three?

My favorite is the original 2099 one: I think the color scheme is the best, and I love the underarm webs(sometimes they are more a cape, which is also fine). I could do for the chest symbol being a bit more spider-y, but that depends on the artist.

Man the 2099...I forgot that one. It is a doozey Here is the first one. Not completed yet, as I have to touch up the spots I taped off (the Spider on the back is not as perfect as I had hoped). But hopefully this gives you an idea of what I am working with.

Well, the Amazing paper bag-man look is always a possibility... But if not that, how about Ben Reilly's Scarlet Spider costume from the '90s clone saga?

Maybe one of the Spider-Woman costumes, or Spider-Gwen? Always liked Spidey Noir, but that might not be distinguishable enough for this purpose.

Maybe one of the Spider-Woman costumes, or Spider-Gwen? I don't know, comin' round 'ere, upsetting people and spoiling perfectly decent discussion threads with talk of abominations like Spider-Gwen. The forum's not safe for decent folk anymore, I tells yer.

Hahah don't worry, Spider Gwen was not on my list. As much as dislike what it brought about to the Spidey verse I do think there is a solid look to the Ben Reilly design

Perhaps I am in the minority here, but I always loved Ross Andru's Spider-Man illustrations. I also liked how Spider-Man contorted into many positions and even though he was muscular in the illustrations he came across like very light in movements.

He was on the book when I started reading comics, so he's kind of the default for me.

Maybe one of the Spider-Woman costumes Only the original will do! Well, technically the second one, without the skullcap.
