Yesterday's art supplies store haul. A 5.5 x 8.5 Koh-I-Noor Bristol Vellum sketchbook, a Koh-I-Noor Rapidograph technical pen, a Pentel Aquash water brush (for use with those Derwent Inktense pencils), and a couple of Studio 71 markers.

Today's art supplies haul; a 11 x 14 inch Canson black paper ringed sketchbook, a American Crafts metallic gold calligraphy marker, and a Staedtler 18 inch Flexible Curve ruler (which I immediately ripped opened as soon as I got into the car like a child leaving a toy store).

Nice Jesse for your recent haul here ... black paper is one area in drawing that I'm not good at. I tried it and failed miserably every time that I used it.

Here's another recent art store haul. Some Koh-I-Noor ink (for the technical pen I recently bought), two more American Crafts metallic markers and Fiskars paper trimmer.

Just a couple of ArtBin storage boxes of mine looking pretty full. I have a smaller one as well plus I could probably fill another one. The blue one is all painting stuff, watercolor, acrylic paint, airbrush, etc and the all black box is just drawing stuff everything from pen and ink to charcoals, markers, etc.

For me, it really didn't matter what non-digital pen or paper I used; after I fell in love with one of them, the local shops wouldn't receive it anymore. And getting them online had super high expedition costs, here. When I finally switched to digital I put an end to that nonsense.

Recently decided to check out this 3 piece fine point Gundam Marker set I found on Amazon for a project I have in mind. Tested them out on some Canson Mixed Media paper and found they bled slightly more than the Pigma Micron pens but should still work fine for my purposes.
