was hoping Cassidy would show up (I just used Preacher the other week, so made an effort not to use another cover from it so soon for myself. . . and the one i REALLY wanted to use was from 2010, so too recent). great to see this tho! |

I started out by looking at Phantom Stranger covers but I quickly noticed that he doesn't wear sunglasses. He has some sort of magic shading around his eyes.
All these years, I though he wore sunglasses.

 The only cover I could see (of an American book-or English language anyway) that was relatively safe for work and the perusal of minors, cos lets face it, Ranx aint for the faint of heart. Had the dilemma of this, the non superhero/non american/ non family friendly entry, or go with my usual too late/poorly chosen/hastily repented average everyday depiction of a barely remembered but beloved character from my teens. Well damn you nostalgia, get some Liberatore in ya... |
