thwhtguardian What issue of Chilling Adventures in Sorcery is that? -M It is chilling Adventures in Sorcery #3, and I loved it; one of the stories in it "Cat" was actually reprinted in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina but the others were all new and up there with some of the greats from the Warren horror mags so I'm definitely going to have to look for more issues. |

I think I have 8 or 9 of the issues and am missing 2. #10 has been a bugaboo, I found it once, but gave it to Dan of Jim & Dan's Comic & toy Show as he had been looking for it as long as I had known him. -M |

Santa's elves brought some packages today, so here's the reveal... I received an extra package as well, and here's the contents of all three...  Santa brought a lovely creepy horror anthology from Dark Horse (a big meaty book with lots of content) and a horror project from Mike Mignola, both in hc...  both were books I was eyeing to pick up at some point and I look forward to diving in to them. and second Santa brought a 5 issue run of T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents from Deluxe....  these were how I first discovered the Agent sin high school, drawn by the Perez cover, but I haven;t had copies of these in a long time, so it will be fun to revisit them. Thanks to both Santas, secret and otherwise. Much appreciated! -M |

Defenders 29 was my first exposure to Doctor Strange and the Guardians, and that issue, along with Cap 187 were among the earliest Marvels I bought off the racks as a kid. Ah the memories.

Got my Secret Santa package late last week, along with a second unexpected package. Pics are below:  Having never read any GL stories before, I am really excited about this. Probably going to take it to my daughter's swim practice tomorrow night and start digging into it.  Some cool Bronze Age goodness here! Not a DC guy traditionally, but I'm interested in it, so this is right up my alley, and some old-school DD on top of it can't be beat. Thanks Santas! |

I've been wanting to post pics of what I got, however, I opened the package on my way to work Saturday and shared them with my manager, who's a bit of a geek. He was enjoying and reading them and took them home to continue reading them. I haven't gotten them back yet, but I'm sure I eventually will. Undergrounds were on my list and Santa delivered      |

Just want to make sure, has everyone received their Secret Santa gift who was expecting one? I know some people said they were waiting until Christmas to open the gits, but I wanted to make sure everyone received their gifts.
